Taylor found us our ideal property quickly, showed prowess in navigating the many documents, and always responded immediately. I felt this was his only deal though I know he had many others going on at the same time. I would recommend Taylor and his entire team to any of my friends and family and would trust him to get them the best deal possible.

If you are in Utah and are looking for an amazing Realtor to buy or sell property, I cannot…read morerecommend Kelly Ercanbrack highly enough. I was first referred to him by a family member who sold a property with him, and who had a glowing review (and she had picked him after getting recommendations from a handful of trusted friends!). He has gone above and beyond for us and we will never buy or sell anything in Utah without using him. His candor, negotiating skills, and unbelievable knowledge of the market and trends in Utah County have been a huge advantage (and as a bonus, he does not have that shady, salesman-type vibe that some agents have-- haha). We live out of state, and I thought it might be challenging to purchase when I am not nearby. Kelly has made the entire process so smooth and has been the key in making sure I don't lose my mind throughout this whole experience. I cannot recommend him more strongly. So nice to be with a Realtor who has done this FULL TIME for DECADES and knows his business inside and out!

For starters, Ramy recommended we narrow our search to a much smaller geographical area than we had originally planned. He also recommended -- based on our family size and needs -- that we look for something larger than what we had thought. And he couldn't have been more right! He went to a handful of houses for us as if he were shopping for his own. He also gave us virtual tours of the properties and would take the time to debrief us on what his overall thoughts of the property were. He gave us honest recommendations based on location, layout, lighting, structural integrity, etc. He was patient and reassuring as we missed out on our first two offers. And it all worked out for the best! The home we found was bigger in size and property than the first two we missed out on, and it checked all of our boxes! We love where we're at! The house has everything we were looking for, is in a great neighborhood close to lots of parks and shopping, and our little boys love all the room they have to play -- both inside and outside! And we owe it all to Ramy! We can't thank him enough!!
