The Pickup Date/Time was posted 1 day before the auction, after I sent several messages to the SLOCAL Estate Auctions contact form. Even so, the response I received two days before the auction, "The address is on the top of your invoice. Doug Little", had nothing to do with the issue I raised. Two weeks ago, I identified an issue with a posted auction, but there was lack of response, even though I messaged several times. Today, 8/7, I called Doug and explained the situation to improve his customer service. He agreed it was an area for improvement and stated they have been "running too far and too fast". I recommended he spend time addressing customer service on his auctions.

Because one might be shitting in their pants because of the sheer cost of keeping said house insured, watered, powered, etc. How can a business run like this? Answer: it doesn't.
