I was able to talk to a real person who answered my questions. I came in and discovered that it's a new office person. Yay for that too!! She was great! She refilled my antiviral bottle and processed my payment quickly and efficiently. She was competent and knowledgeable. What a difference!! I'm really happy to see that they listened to constructive feedback and addressed the issues they were having that I mentioned in my last review. They leveled up! The entire experience almost felt like I was at a different office...in a good way. I can now highly recommend without reservation.

I asked Cromar to test my for allergies, 3 times in my lifetime since I was 15 years old. I had a…read morefruit and tree allergy since I was young. He refused to test me. At 40, I developed a reaction to sulfates/ites, nitrates/ites, and all yellow dye, so I couldn't eat anything. I went to Cromar, who once again wouldn't test me and told me "it sucks to be you, but I can't do anything for you. You will just have to avoid all of that". Yes he did say that, as he chuckled. I didn't find it funny! 200.00 later, I got absolutely nothing from him. So, after going home and discussing it with friends, I made an appointment with a naturopath in town. She gave my probiotics and put me on some supplements to regulate my system. It's gone! Not only that, but I got acupuncture for my fruit allergies, and they are gone too. No, I will not recommend Cromar to ANYONE. I don't know what a person has to do to get this man to take them seriously, but apparently it is a lot, because I tried for 25 years and he didn't care about me. Had I left there, and not looked for another opinion, I would be miserable right now! He is extremely detrimental to anyone who visits him. Go to Alpine Wellness instead, they actually care deeply about their patients and they will bend over backwards to help them. I owe everything to them!
