They talked over our preferences to help us decide with whom to work, which was great because Brett does more movement, when that doesn't always work for me. I liked that they didn't just assume the person we'd work with, like man-man, woman-woman, cause that doesn't concern me. Style does. And Billy Jo was excellent. She did the full body, great pressure; she checked in regularly. She worked out kinks really well. Scott liked Brett's style a lot and came out feeling "full noodle." He also said Brett worked out some stuff in his shoulder that he'd had for a long time. The rooms were comfortable and smelled great. The bed and face cradle felt good. She used bolsters for me, which I always appreciate. The only small issues to be aware of: the place is a little hard to find. Look for the farthest door on the third floor (turning right at the top of stairs). Also, the sounds from above the studio can be loud and disturbing if you're noise sensitive, but it didn't bother me. I liked the lounge music they played and could focus my attention on the groove. What a great way to start our spring break vacation. I would highly recommend them and would definitely go back.

She is ideally situated for it, having her massage room in the Alpine Rose Inn in Leavenworth (we never have any issues with parking, as can be the case downtown). The room is spacious and very quiet and private; I have been to some places where I felt claustrophobic and could hear everyone around us. Moria is a wonderful massage therapist, very professional, and has so much positive energy. I always leave feeling so much better. There is no awkwardness around her and she is relaxing and comfortable to share the space with. She contracts with another excellent therapist to provide couples massage, but we go one after the other and have always both still received a premium massage. Moria is able to give deep tissue or whatever treatment we want, and I have also received some cranial work for headaches which was helpful. I would recommend Moria to anyone who wants to feel better.

She also rested bottles of lotion or oils on his legs during the massage. Things were dropped and fumbled with. The playlist was absolutely, insanely tonally inconsistent. It would transition from Christmas-tinged to Chinese to white noise, all at varying volumes. It was very disorienting and made it nearly impossible to relax. My masseuse was very good, with a wonderful bedside manner, and is the only reason my review isn't 1 star, especially for the price point. Disappointing.
