She is ideally situated for it, having her massage room in the Alpine Rose Inn in Leavenworth (we never have any issues with parking, as can be the case downtown). The room is spacious and very quiet and private; I have been to some places where I felt claustrophobic and could hear everyone around us. Moria is a wonderful massage therapist, very professional, and has so much positive energy. I always leave feeling so much better. There is no awkwardness around her and she is relaxing and comfortable to share the space with. She contracts with another excellent therapist to provide couples massage, but we go one after the other and have always both still received a premium massage. Moria is able to give deep tissue or whatever treatment we want, and I have also received some cranial work for headaches which was helpful. I would recommend Moria to anyone who wants to feel better.

Our 3pm appt would be closer to 5 if she actually showed up and our dinner reservations at 630 so obviously it didn't work. I don't care for massage as much as my hb does but we scheduled our whole day around this no show. So sad our last massage person that we had used when visiting Leavenworth moved.

The masseuse comes to your room so you don't even have to leave the comfort of your vacation hotel. You lie down and get 60 minutes of the most relaxing, calming massage you could ever imagine. All your aches and pains are gone and you couldn't dream a better experience. Unfortunately, that is all this was... a dream. I booked a prenatal massage for my wife months in advance for Christmas. Tammy was supposed to come to our hotel room and give my wife a 60 minute massage. This did not happen. Did she give us a weeks notice? A couple days? No. Not only was the cancellation call about an hour before the appointment, but she didn't even have the professionalism to call us!! She called the hotel and fortunately they were able to get a hold of us because we were out at lunch. She didn't give a reason, didn't apologize, just said "I'm not coming". Apparently this has happened before with massages that were booked through the hotel. But, I booked this directly through Tammy and she should have had the nerve to call me. I sent her an email the morning of to confirm the appointment. When did she respond? A week later... AND got my wife's name completely wrong. If I could give negative stars I would. No one should rely on her, go somewhere else and avoid the time waste and disappointment.

They talked over our preferences to help us decide with whom to work, which was great because Brett does more movement, when that doesn't always work for me. I liked that they didn't just assume the person we'd work with, like man-man, woman-woman, cause that doesn't concern me. Style does. And Billy Jo was excellent. She did the full body, great pressure; she checked in regularly. She worked out kinks really well. Scott liked Brett's style a lot and came out feeling "full noodle." He also said Brett worked out some stuff in his shoulder that he'd had for a long time. The rooms were comfortable and smelled great. The bed and face cradle felt good. She used bolsters for me, which I always appreciate. The only small issues to be aware of: the place is a little hard to find. Look for the farthest door on the third floor (turning right at the top of stairs). Also, the sounds from above the studio can be loud and disturbing if you're noise sensitive, but it didn't bother me. I liked the lounge music they played and could focus my attention on the groove. What a great way to start our spring break vacation. I would highly recommend them and would definitely go back.
