I'm hoping to change this review in the coming months. In the early stages of this adventure I'm very disappointed.
Great people to work with, however after signing and a non refundable deposit, I can't get a phone call or email answered to save my life. Building is one of the biggest steps a person can take. Deciding on a builder can make or break the experience. And after countless phone call messages and a number of emails, being ignored is not a great impression to make. I still have yet to get questions answered or changes addressed. I'm hoping the big decision of building our dream home wasn't left in the wrong hands with our non refundable deposit.

Nothing has changed. Unfortunately, I would like a refund of my deposit and to just part ways. My husband and I are considering walking away and losing our deposit. We are very concerned if things are this bad so early on, we want this company building what will be our forever home. Such terrible customer service. After the problems we have had, I would think they would do everything they could to make things right. Seems the opposite. I'm wondering if they just make a living on the nonreturnable deposits that people walk away from so they can avoid the headache. And heartache

Resigned with a new contract in May. Five weeks and a few angry emails later we finally got plans to review. If you chose this company, and deal with the creswell branch, see only Jami. Don't deal with Duane. He is not upfront or honest. Jami will help get you on a good path to building

Scheduled pour date. Suppose to finally get started today. 11:05 am and nothing. No word. No pour. I would have figured with the emotional roller coaster ride we've been on, Reality would have made it a priority to follow thorough. Let's see how long this gets drug out.

Reality has brought on a new project manager for our local area. Jami in the Creswell office is faithfully following through with holding corporate responsible for the ridiculous and unprofessional delays that we, and numerous other trusting people have been subjected to. We finally have a foundation and a tentative schedule. Aaron, our new local project manager, is wonderful to deal with and great with communicating. It seems he is doing his best to make things right. We are going on 177 days of camping and 9 months of waiting on a 5 month build but we finally have a foundation. Hopefully this company can take the angry frustration of so many customers and channel into a new and better way of doing business.
If anyone is considering building and are reading these reviews and would like more information, feel free to contact me. We have done an immense amount of research that might be helpful in your journey 541-912-0473
We understand that the scheduling is "tentative". Plumbing was scheduled for Thursday of last week and HVAC was scheduled for Friday. The plumbing got done, however, HVAC didn't show. I will update the progress as it goes. Or doesn't go

Reality's contract has a "150 days from foundation pour" move in date. Yes, tentative, given unforeseen circumstances. There has been no unforeseen circumstances and we are three days from that 150 day mark. We are also going on week 6 of nothing being done on the house. We finally passed framing inspection. Waited weeks passed the tentative rough plumbing and HVAC install. And all that's happened in the last two months is insulation. That took one day to install. We are MONTHS away from being done. We have no schedule for anything being done anytime soon. We have gotten MANY excuses, condescending texts and emails and a huge run around with the huge turn around in the company. We are beyond frustrated and mad. Camping for 270+ days is completely unacceptable considering we should have been moved in last November. It started with the months of waiting for the foundation to get poured, to months of waiting for every step to get schedule, get done, and finally pass inspection. We were told in December that hopefully we would be in by spring break. We will be lucky to be in before June at this point. Ridiculous! BEWARE

Dry wall was suppose to be delivered last week. Just got informed someone in the companies family member in Mexico passed away so, once again, put on hold with no schedule of anything. The excuses are beginning to make me giggle. I'm sorry about the death, but to shut a company down with no one getting their deliveries sounds like they need more than a one man show to run a business. Whoever the one man show is will be gone until after the 25th of March. Which means everyone that has already been waiting on their dry wall will still be waiting. Shaking my head... read more
