Everything about the process went perfectly. She made me feel extremely comfortable and provided me with great guidance and direction. She was super easy going, affordable, easy to schedule, ridiculously fast and in the end, produced some incredible pics! I couldn't have been happier with the results! I especially loved the pet pics. She has a special knack for capturing your pet's personality perfectly. I am in love my new headshots and highly recommend hiring Melanie for any photography needs. She's super talented and made the photo shoots fun! Definitely check her out, you won't be disappointed!!

We went on a snowshoeing adventure before heading back for our ceremony with our family. His recommendations were great for our hiking locations and his knowledge of the area was super helpful once it really started snowing since we had to adapt our plans for the day due to weather. We never felt awkward the whole day or during any of the poses and he really just captured the day perfectly. He's super relaxed and calming and has a more "fly on the wall approach" to photography, which we loved. He's just there to capture the day and capture the love couples have for each other without making it seem forced. His photo editing skills are fantastic and he really just enhances the natural scenery and beauty without making it look like a dramatic Instagram filter like other photographers. Overall, you can't go wrong with booking Francis for your day, especially if you're planning on an elopement or an adventure wedding.

I bought a basic class (2 hours, but it went a little over) though a daily deal site. The day I took the class it was just me and one other person. We met in lodo in front of a coffee shop, David went over the basics of photography and then we took a few practice shots. I had recently upgraded some equipment on my DSLR and decided I needed to get out of "auto" mode on my camera. This was a great class for that. The pros:David was friendly, happy to answer questions, and the class was useful. Also, he gives you his opinion on camera gear and the best way to get by on the cheap. Many other classes I looked at we offered through camera shops and I'm sure there would be a bigger push to buy equipment at those classes. The cons: The class is darn basic, if you have photography experience this probably isn't the class for you. Then again, it's only 2 hours so what were you expecting. Also, at the daily deal price I thought it was totally worth it. At the normal price ($135) it might be a little steep. Summary: Great intro if you recently purchased your first DSLR and reading the manual just isn't good enough...but maybe wait a little while and see if you can find an online deal.

We LOVED working with Tim!…read more Tim is engaging and warm, he helped us feel comfortable and easy while still feeling confident. If you're looking for a photographer to shoot your wedding, I highly recommend Tim. We spent several weeks looking through wedding photographers and very carefully considering who we wanted to work with, and I'm so glad we went with Tim - he more than exceeded what we were looking for. Tim shot our wedding in Lakewood Colorado - we chose to work with Tim because we loved how honestly he captures the different personalities of his subjects. Finding a wedding photographer was challenging because a lot of the dedicated "wedding photographers" have a singular style, and frankly they seem overpriced, with a lot of tack-on / add-ons to build an up-sell model. And then there are more "budget-friendly" photographers where you just don't feel confident that you're going to get great shots. A lot of the "firms" or teams of people will also have surprisingly long turn around times, but we got a great collection of "sneak peeks" immediately after our wedding and a full set of ~600 photos in under a week - I've been involved in a few larger photoshoots and this is a VERY FAST turnaround. With Tim we had the best of both worlds - he charges a fair price and the shots are AMAZING. It was a surreal experience to go back and see just how happy we look, and this is in large thanks to Tim's great photography.

She recently had a promotion called "Dog Days of Summer" and the photos of my pups are SO CUTE. Her space is awesome not to mention. Very trendy and "contemporary" (see what I did there?) and there are so many different options. I got a great mix of more traditional, conservative portraits for my family but the rest were all very creative. Tanja really puts everything she has into pleasing her clients. The experience from the moment I joined her "senior model program" to when I picked up my prints has been totally positive. There are so many little details that she puts into what she does that makes it that much better. When I opened up my print box today, they had included a beautiful triptych art print as a gift from them. It's the personal touches like that that really make you want to come back. They really do think of everything that you see, from walking through her building to her loft to the product you get and I am so, so impressed. My photo session was personalized, and very true to who I am. I look like myself in my photos, and I felt like myself while she was taking them. She is not stuffy or too business like. Doing my photos felt more like hanging out with Tanja, she made me feel so comfortable. I love how passionate she is about her job, it really came through in my photos. Definitely not the kind of photographer who just churns people in and out to get their pictures done fast (take note, Monty Nuss and Vision). Seriously, she's an awesome lady and you would not be disappointed if you chose to get your photos taken by her.
