This is all moms biggest worry when it comes to Daycare. I called dozens of places and did at least 9 tours of different daycares. She has been absolutely wonderful and helpful through this transition. She is great with the little ones. She even sends pictures of my little one through out the day and report cards.

I cannot say how much we love Bright Horizons in Centerpoint. My daughter is always happy when we go to pick her up, we get great pictures and updates from the staff and she really likes everyone there (as a shy toddler, it's hard for her to like anyone). Sadly due to Coronavirus, the center is closed, and I wish I could send my daughter back, but, my work schedule is now more than 12 hours each day, making it impossible for pickup and dropoff. I will be returning once businesses open up again, and I am sure my daughter will love going back to regular classes.

All of the staff you can tell love what they do and are happy to be there! Every time we walk the halls they greet you no matter who it is. They accepted us back with open arms and took great care of us! This is seriously a special place and not a lot of schools like it! Cannot rave enough about it. We will be putting our 2nd child in here in a few years! Shout out to all of his awesome teachers too! Our son absolutely loved Miss Elise, Miss Catherine, & Miss Brynn! Seriously cannot recommend this place enough. Price-wise it is comparable to other schools, all are pretty expensive. But we tried a cheaper one and it did not go well. It is worth it for our son's safety and happiness here! If you're considering putting your child in this school, do it! We are beyond happy and so grateful for this place.

We have had the absolute best experience at this daycare. The teachers, assistant director and most definitely the director have been more like family to our kids. We would absolutely recommend this center in particular.

All of my kids' teachers are super friendly, communicate well, and are just honestly such good people and are so deserving. My children are very comfortable with them because most have been there for years. They are flexible with specific dietary restrictions, they have outings, engaging activities, and an open door on the office for welcoming communication. The staff has even seen my kid having a meltdown in the parking lot and came out to help. The negative reviews on here are wildly dramatic and paint an inaccurate portrait. I would never have my kids attend a center I thought to be subpar. If you tour the place, you will get a homey feel from it right away. It was the only place I felt comfortable with when I was touring daycares years ago. And here we are, 5 years later.

I don't like to leave negative reviews. So just consider this as informational!…read more This is a DAYCARE! They try to say they are a school but they certainly are NOT. Until the 4 year old pre K "class". They are just letting kids play just like any daycare. They close for July 5th because "THE KIDS ARE TOO TIRED TO LEARN SO ITS NOT A LEARNING ENVIRONMENT". This is a direct quote from the director Michelle. Things were much different under the old director Garnet. They are closing early today because a staff member passed away suddenly and they need "time to grieve as a team". I'm sorry for the loss of your staff member but less than a days notice for families to have to find arrangements or tell their employers that they have to leave work early is beyond ridiculous! We have all lost people in our lives and understand grief but literally needing to conveniently take off half a day early on Halloween sounds a bit suspect to me. Is anyone getting a discount for the time that the daycare is closing for? They have "teacher in service days" where the daycare is closed and you are paying for this time as well! So you have to take off work or pay for someone else to provide care. YOU ARE PAYING TWICE! I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND Family Circle learning center in Renton.

Before enrolling, we had only ever used a single nanny, largely because we were anxious about leaving our son in the care of people we didn't know. From the very beginning, Children's Village consistently did all the right things to help us feel confident that our son would be in a safe, caring, and joyful environment. We arrived at the initial tour with a long list of questions and concerns. The team not only welcomed them--they exceeded our expectations. One of the directors spent over an hour with us, giving us her full, undivided attention. She walked us through their thoughtful policies, emergency plans, and the real-world actions behind them. As we met other staff members and teachers throughout the tour, it was clear they genuinely enjoy working together and truly care about the children. That first impression has held true every day since. Our son had a tough time adjusting at first; going from a nanny to a bustling daycare environment was a big change. But the staff showed remarkable compassion, patience, and communication throughout the transition. They kept us informed at every step and worked gently with him as he adapted. The transformation has been incredible--he went from crying for us throughout the day to now asking excitedly to go to "pre-school" most mornings. We cannot recommend Children's Village enough to parents who may be nervous about starting daycare. If you take the tour, we're confident you'll feel the same warmth and "good vibes" we did from day one. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for the children shine through in everything they do.

Many of the staff are parents themselves and bring a wealth of long-term experience and care to their roles. Childcare is a challenging and demanding field, and we truly admire the dedication of the staff at Children's Village. It's clear that the staff genuinely understand and nurture the developmental needs of young children, and that's given us a deep sense of trust and great peace of mind.

Within a month he was writing his full name without any help. I am extremely pleased with the care, curriculum, and learning. My son loves the school and all of the teachers, in fact, he gets upset when I come to pick him up early. This is classified as a pre-school in my eyes. Little Giggles truly cares about the children and their development. Something for them to be very proud of. Great communication and follow up with parents. I have peace of mind and trust knowing my son is in good hands. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Fellow mommy friends have told me that if my experience at Little Giggles wasn't satisfactory, I…read moreshould've taken my child out of there immediately, but I initially allowed my son to finish off the one month that I had paid for in advance while we were on the waiting list for another school and I was nothing less than disappointed by the care my son received there. The playing and learning areas indoors there did not appear dirty when superficially surveying the place but my son consistently came home reeking literally of human feces and I had to shampoo out his hair more than twice his second day there before I could get the smell out. Every evening when picking him up at 5:30pm, there would be black stuff caked underneath his nails without fail and I've had to clip each nail to get under there to scrub it out using a toothbrush. How in the world does a child get this filthy?? He's been in other daycare facilities and play classes and has never come home this filthy before. Additionally, my son lost an expensive pair of pants there that we received as a gift from Japan. I had hoped to use it for my next child but it got lost at Little Giggles Daycare somewhere amidst the many overflowing bins of list and found items stuffed in a back room. When I had asked my son's morning teacher, Mrs. K. J if I could take a look at the bins to see if the jeans happened to be there, I was met with a strange hostility which was surprising since I had never had prior interaction with her before. I felt like I was a child being reprimanded for asking to look for my child's missing items and she was not preoccupied teaching a class so I didn't feel as though I was interrupting anything. Other times, my child's winter coat and socks have been thrown haphazardly onto bookcases in an adjacent room or sloppily thrown into another child's cubby box. There seems to be little organization of children's belongings and class projects and little regard in keeping belongings separate which I personally feel is a bad example to follow. My son has also learned to say things like " go away" while attending this daycare which he never used to say. However, my largest concern with this daycare is the lack of communication between parents and teachers/director of little giggles. I was discouraged from just showing up on a random visit to see how my child was adjusting and learning when I had expressed interest in sitting in on a classroom visit. When picking up my son one evening, I was approached by K.J to stay to speak with her abouty sons progress in class ( my son is two and a half) and when I told her we had evening reservations at a restaurant where our relatives were already waiting, I was told, "well, if you don't care about your child's performance in school..." Who says that to a parent when first meeting them? Aren't teachers and parents on the same team? I then explained explained that o never received a memo or email from the school about a parent teacher meeting and was not prepared his evening having had a prior engagement. I then told krista that I would be happy to meet another day that week in which mrs K.J. replied that there was no other time we could meet since this was the only time available for her class. I brought a parent questionnaire back to this teacher and hand delivered it to her the next day filled with info about my child's learning curve, tendencies and temperament as well as a baby resume of all the classes my son has attended from the time he was 5 months old. I did this to show this teacher that I did in fact, care a lot about my sons education because she was so obviously not convinced. I have now placed my son in a Montessori school and I'm hoping our experience there will be different in a better way.
