I called Ryan's Plumbing to reinstall the commode with a proper seal and the charge was far much cheaper. And Ryan was far more professional. Copper Creek was very expensive and totally unsatisfactory, recommending other plumbing work which a second opinion confirmed was unnecessary. I surmise this was a Copper Creek representative trying to take advantage of a "little old lady." it worked once but NEVER AGAIN.
