Our problems started right after we rented, and they did address them initially, but then they couldn't agree with the landlord and parted ways. After that, I was left alone with the landlord. Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company. You guys just rented out took your money and left me alone with landlord. I dont know landlord.I trusted your company! You just betrayed and left your customer alone

Two names to remember: MICHAEL ROBINSON and COREY MATNEY…read more Michael is the owner of this branch, and Corey an agent. Together these two guys are our "Aces in our Pocket!" Michael's expertise is amazing and undeniable! He can read and process real estate unlike anybody I've met. If you're buying, he can give you a really accurate feel for true value - and house quality. -- And he'll be totally honest with you! (Not a lot of schmoozing here!) When selling --- WOW! This is the guy for you! Again - he will be honest with you. He will tell you straight-up what he thinks your house will go for ... quickly. We have met with many other agents ... and many of them give us numbers that are "fluffy" to say the least. (If not overpriced - and I say this humbly, because as we sold our house, we had to deal with the reality of the "agents'" idea of value - often too high ... and the reality of what a buyer would pay) Michael will be up front - and may even sound a bit lower asking than other agents would encourage. But - TRUST ME - he knows what it takes to sell... without being on the market for several months (or longer!). Yet, he is still capable of hearing you out --- and totally worked with us on getting the most (the fastest) out of our home. And let's not even talk about contacts... Michael has been around Tacoma for a long time ... and knows EVERYBODY! Corey Matney worked with us (in tandem with Michael) -- he was our main buying agent. He was so on top of it with looking for houses. He wasn't stalker-ish (and don't even pretend you don't know what I'm talking about!... some agents are just flat-out creepy and annoying!). He understood what we were looking for - price, size, and motivation. This Windermere office has my highest respect -- and we've worked with A LOT of different agents/companies/offices! I - as a rule - have little time or respect for real estate agents (I know ... that's pretty rude of me), and I don't give out respect freely without it being earned -- so, the least I can do it throw up a YELP review! Give them a call -- and hear them out!

Working with Krystal was one of the most frustrating experiences we've had in real estate. The…read morelisting itself was riddled with errors -- repeated photos, misspellings, and sloppy attention to detail that left us embarrassed compared to other homes in our neighborhood. As those homes sold, Krystal failed to recognize the market trends and instead deflected blame onto us for "starting too high." Setting the right price is one of the most fundamental skills of an agent, and her inability to do so highlighted a clear lack of expertise. Rather than giving us a data-driven strategy or straightforward advice, her communication was consistently dismissive -- more about making us feel like we should "be grateful" for services provided than providing the facts and guidance we needed. Later in the process she asked us to make changes -- from removing items to taking down wallpaper -- thing that should have been identified at the start. She was satisfied with mediocre photos of our home and various spaces until we stepped in and took our own. Worse, she allowed the seller's agent to contact us directly to pressure us after we decided we would not extend our contingent offer. When we told her we no longer wanted her representation, she refused to release us from our buyers agreement, effectively preventing us from pursuing the home we actually wanted. If you're looking for an agent who is professional, looks out of the interest of their clients above their own, detail-oriented, and willing to take accountability, look elsewhere. Our experience with Bowie was extremely disappointing. After inviting Bowie and Krystal into our home, we were told there was a serious buyer interested in our property, on two occasions the buyers "last minute cancelled". Despite that, we were told that we were still in a prime time to put our home on the market. _______________________________ Bowie was essentially absent from the process. Although supposedly part of the "marketing," we had three open houses and not a single private showing during the first three weeks as our home was on the market for over 60 days. When we asked about refining the marketing to address consistent feedback, we were told Bowie would look into it, but we never heard back. Even worse, Bowie and Krystal frequently spoke negatively about another listing they represented in our neighborhood, telling us those owners were "more difficult" and that buyers were being pushed our way instead. This was unprofessional and DEEPLY concerning. When we questioned why our open house wasn't promoted on their Instagram page--despite every other listing being posted--he rudely dismissed us and said they had "already done everything" possible to sell our home. Bowie then cancelled our open house as we had only 11 more days to sell our home before our contingent offer expired. Bowie's words may sound convincing, but his actions proved the opposite -- unreliable, dismissive, and ineffective.
