They won't fix anything if it isn't actively causing property damage- I've had SEVERAL maintenance tickets open for well over a year each that I've had to call multiple times to pester them about that still haven't been fixed. Even things that HAVE been fixed tend to get band-aid solutions until they give out entirely (an example, the water heater had been on its last legs for a while, and got several short-term "fixes", and didn't get proper attention until it was so broken it had to be fully replaced.) While the front desk staff seem to be trying their best to be helpful, it seems like there's a really high turnover in their maintenance staff (and honestly, some of their maintenance people don't seem to be properly trained to do the things they're asking of them), which doesn't help, and frankly, it seems like this whole business is more interested in acting as a layer of insulation around the property owners to keep them from having to answer to their tenants than in providing any kind of reasonable space for people to live. TLDR, LPMG is here to make money for the landlords they work with, at basically any expense to the renters.

As all the other reviews said, they literally could not care less than they already don't. At first…read moreglance, it looks like an okay apartment which needed little work. I was with the understanding that they would do a deep clean before moving me in but no, I had to deep clean myself and there was a smell that I have noticed lives in the apartment carpet probably. There's mold all over the wooden windows and dirtfield as well and even the bathtub walls. Mind you, I do a deep clean every month to keep a fresh look. It's nasty and some of the maintenance people are super unprofessional and don't seem to care and do the bare minimum --i could have done myself, and it didn't resolve the underlying issue. They also broke one of the window openers, and promised to come fix it--that was last year (I'm sure they'll try to deduct from my security deposit). CPMG also charged me for another maintenance I requested, claiming I caused the issue and it was a ridiculous amount. I plan to move out this year since I've had way too many issues with them. IDK what I'm even paying for. The apartment itself is old and everything in it is super outdated, dusty, and any amount of cleaning I've done grosses me out bc I see how much more work is needed. Their office rep is also quite arrogant. She acts as if she owns everything and is rude about it (from the last time I stopped by. They may have a new office rep). The lack of good customer service does not render them the right to have customers. Again, it's been a while since I've tried to get customer service help from their office because of the experience I've had in the past.
