I called to get an appointment because I was in crisis after living with a verbally abusive person. Dr Reagan's receptionist would not talk to me because I didn't have the correct kind of insurance. I called back again and the receptionist stayed on the phone while I was talking to the doctor. Every time I've dealt with the receptionist she's been very cold and she informed me she's been doing this for 20 years .I said , I never treated my clients like that then Dr Reagan said we're or going take you as a patient because you can't treat my receptionist Like that. If this man is a psychiatrist he may have graduated 26th in his class I don't know. read more
