I love the relaxed atmosphere. It's in a neat vintage house and I even love the fact that there is a dog bed in the waiting room . It is just so homey and relaxed and truly makes a patient feel at ease. Charlotte, who is the receptionist is incredible and so good at her job. She too really makes you feel comfortable and it's just the nicest almost family like atmosphere. It so works for me. The white coat anxiety completely leaves. Jan is a very thorough practitioner and is not into medicating the hell out of her patients. She truly works hard at each individual case to ensure that meds are necessary. We drive over from the coast just to be patients here. It's worth it, just take the first step and go!

I've been a patient of Dr. Webbs for about 18 years and when I've wanted to just "give up" he has never let me...........he has not given up on me. One of his staff members deserves a huge shout out. Nancy is who you usually will get when you call in for a appointment and her smile is usually what greets you when you walk in the office door. Nancy I consider a close friend after all these years. When I call in Nancy can just tell by the tone in my voice if my appointment is one that is needed that day or if it's just a "check in" type of visit. If it's one of those " need to see Dr. Webb" asap she gets me in by working her magic!!!!!! She really is so personable and makes you feel like you are in a "safe, nonjudgmental place". Thank you Nancy for being strong for me when I'm too weak, for being my voice for help when I can't ask for it myself and thank you for going way beyond your job for me. I have been seeing Dr Tim Mitchell for a while now and he has been the best psychiatrist I have…read morehad. I have seen many psychiatrists over the last 15 years. Dr Mitchell truly cares about what you are wanting for yourself and tries his best to not over medicate but only what you actually need unlike many doctors that I have seen. He takes his time to talk about how things have been going in your life. Plus he has a very sweet and well behaved lazy dog named Bubba who likes to lay in his bed and sleep while in the appointment. I definitely recommend them and I have been through a lot with my mental health.

It wasn't Dr. Gordon that ruined my experience, it was her receptionist and lack of doing her own…read morejob. I was told that I only needed to pay my copay upfront, which I did. About a month later, I got a call from her receptionist stating that my insurance never intended to cover it and that I KNEW that, which I NEVER did, which means I'm now being charged $600. You know what she did that even made the sting worse? She offered a "10% cash discount". Okay, so $60 is going to help out. I'm so beyond upset. I have no idea how she does her job and sleep at night knowing she does a horrible job.
