I called back again and the receptionist stayed on the phone while I was talking to the doctor. Every time I've dealt with the receptionist she's been very cold and she informed me she's been doing this for 20 years .I said , I never treated my clients like that then Dr Reagan said we're or going take you as a patient because you can't treat my receptionist Like that. If this man is a psychiatrist he may have graduated 26th in his class I don't know.

I've been a patient of Dr. Webbs for about 18 years and when I've wanted to just "give up" he has never let me...........he has not given up on me. One of his staff members deserves a huge shout out. Nancy is who you usually will get when you call in for a appointment and her smile is usually what greets you when you walk in the office door. Nancy I consider a close friend after all these years. When I call in Nancy can just tell by the tone in my voice if my appointment is one that is needed that day or if it's just a "check in" type of visit. If it's one of those " need to see Dr. Webb" asap she gets me in by working her magic!!!!!! She really is so personable and makes you feel like you are in a "safe, nonjudgmental place". Thank you Nancy for being strong for me when I'm too weak, for being my voice for help when I can't ask for it myself and thank you for going way beyond your job for me. Dr. Webb, thank you for still sticking with me after 18 years, for being patient with me while we've tried many different types of medication and still continue to seek out the "right treatment". I have given your business card out to at least 3 friends of mine and know for a fact that at least 2 of them see you. Both have nothing but great things to say about you and your staff. One of my friends started seeing you, then due to being laid off she had to move back to Portland but last I heard from her she was making the 2 hour drive down just to see you!!!!!! Dr. Schmidt has changed my daughters life. He spent 2 1/2 hours during initial visit, staying after…read morehours to accommodate my daughters needs for diagnosis. She is now on appropriate medication after my wife and I spent years discontinuing the wrong medication for a misdiagnosis. Dr Schmidt is genuinely concerned about her needs, he asks some tough questions but knows she needs to face her issues for progress. She has done so well under his care, the behavior is getting so much better and she actually has feelings and compassion for others. For the first time I a long time, my daughter is happy most of the time. It takes a village and am so happy to have Dr Schmidt part of her support group. I highly recommend him and will to you and my family and friends. A Dr that truly cares

DONT GO HERE!!! They are beyond awful! Horrible, rude staff, incompetent "doctors", you will get…read morenothing but a run around here. Don't count on having the same doctor twice here, or even getting appointments at the same clinic. They have a revolving staff here, and it's not hard to figure out why. WHAT A JOKE!!!! You finally gain a repour and trust, and then they leave, on to bigger and better?? The last doc didn't even tell me until my last appointment! Medical docs, I finally got a good one, (Sarah Flores) she is caring and actually follows up!
