Readyfresh is a disaster. Once they get your credit card, they continue to charg it no matter what. This is fradulent. I closed my account pm 10/12/24. I asked them to come pick up the equipment. I called several times, and they just kept changeing me for a year! I ranted and raved and still nothing. Then I got a CRS who said oops, we messed up and admitted that this has been a big problem for them, and that "a lot" of customers have had this issue. He said he would refund the money withing 48 hours. 7 days later, no refund. Called them back and they said they will refund again. We shall see. I asked for an additional refund for interest. I ordered several bottles of "Pure Life Purified Water, 5 Gallon, Plastic Bottled Water Jug" to be delivered on January 26, 2022. I received a notice that the order had been delivered, however, after checking both sides of my house and with my next door neighbor, I can confirm that they did not show up. I signed onto my account to check the "proof of delivery" photo, to try and figure out if there is anywhere else the water could have ended. Long and behold, there was no delivery picture. For the next week following the missing delivery, I attempted to call and email ReadyFresh. In that time, I received only one canned email response stating "our system indicates your oder was delivered on January 26, please confirm that you received it." As if the reason I was emailing the company in the first place wasn't about my missing order. After a week of not being able to get a competent response. I filled a charge back with my credit card and filled out the cancellation forum online for my account. Another week has since gone by and they've failed to cancel my account but they did have the audacity to recharge my credit card (didn't even answer the dispute, just recharged). read more

Ready Refresh apparently merged or was acquired by a company named Primo. Their CEO received very bad advice in sending an acknowledgement of unreliable deliveries without an apology. One Allure sparkling water machine died just after its warranty expired. Stupidly, we replaced it, only to have the continuing hassle of trying to get CO2 canisters from Ready Refresh. They are now on their fifth reschedule. Oh, and to speak to customer service today was 40 minutes just to get to the right person! As the current trends of consumers cutting back on discretionary services are well documented, it's much easier to say goodbye to companies that treat customers poorly. They send you a text telling they're going to deliver something to you between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. and you don't get it until 4:15 p.m. in the afternoon so your whole day is shot!! We have been customers for about 4 years. This weekend my water cooler bottom lever clamp has been leaking air and I called for a single replacement part. The first customer service rep was so rude and kept having me trouble shooting then when I told him I just needed a single part he said I need to order from Amazon. I called a second time, they said we needed to reactivate our account and get a delivery if I wanted a new part. This made no sense as that would cost more in materials and gas and man power (wages) than just mailing me a new part. She then told me they don't even do replacement parts. My husband even tried getting a new part and they were less than helpful to him and basically said he could go pound sand. This ONE PART is no where on the internet. I literally need a single part and no one can help to the point where I'm going to need to get a whole new water cooler. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. My company has been using Ready refresh for about 18 months. 6 months ago, we returned our regular water cooler and bought a $700 sparkling water cooler.. It was delivered without the "free" CO2 cartridge. I told the delivery person that I DID NOT WANT the cooler without the cartridge because it didn't work. He said it was a "pain" to repackage the cooler and get it back on the truck and he promised me that he would bring back the cartridge the next day and set it up. HE NEVER CAME BACK.I called. The company had no record that we were missing a CO2 cartridge. They said it wouldn't be free. They said they didn't even sell a sparkling water cooler, let alone offer free CO2 cartridges! I had to send them the link to the sparkling water cooler on the website - to prove I bought the cooler from ReadyRefresh! Finally, after an hour on the phone, they agreed to send a CO2 cartridge in the mail - but they could not commit to a service person coming to install it. We didn't get the cartridge for weeks and when it did come, we could not get it to work. (They also charged me for it!) There has been no resolution to this problem in 6 months. Despite repeated emails and chats, we have been without water for a half a year. We are back to buying cases of water. They keep delivering 3, 5 gallon jugs of water at a time, but HOW CAN WE USE IT? We can't! And, never does they service person come inside to offer to get the cooler working. They just leave the water jugs outside. Finally, after so many emails, I spent over 45 minutes on hold to talk to someone I could barely understand - I said - get someone to come fix the cooler and make it work OR GIVE US A REFUND FOR THE COOLER and CANCEL OUR SERVICE. You told us they needed a window of an ENTIRE DAY to come fix this issue. WE DON'T HAVE AN ADMIN WHO HANGS OUT WITHOUT MEETINGS ALL DAY TO WAIT FOR A WATER COOLER PERSON. I asked for a four-hour window. The customer service person was supposed to ask a supervisor, but I got disconnected!! I emailed again... but many more months passed by without a response. . This company ReadyRefresh has horrible, terrible service! It doesn't even seem possible to talk to someone in a UNITED STATES OFFICE WHO CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE PROBLEM. We emailed and called over and over and over with NO RESOLUTION! Finally, last week, I called again and waited on hold for almost an hour- then threatened to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and write bad reviews everywhere if they did not work towards a resolution and send a technician to fix our brand new $700 sparking water cooler immediately! I was put on hold again for a long time but FINALLY got to a US-based person who told me that she saw no record that the local ReadyRefresh office or their management had ever been notified about our non-functioning $700 water cooler. Refused to schedule pickup until we paid off charges they added to account AFTER cancellation. And then they didn't even show up on scheduled date. More hassle than convenient. Delivery person refused to bring water up to our door, which was whole point of delivery. Our apartment is right outside of the elevator. Not too hard. I've had an account for over 8 years, during which time I rented a water cooler for a monthly fee, assuming that at some point I would pay if off (i.e. a rent-to-own option). When I asked recently why I was still paying a rental fee, I was told I could pay off the cooler for $70--which is when I realized that after renting it all these years for over $1600, they were still asking for a payoff fee. I called last month to complain and was finally assured that the rental fee would stop, but there it was again this month. Absolutely predatory consumer practices--ReadyRefresh is counting on people being too busy to check their bill carefully. Most customers would assume a rented cooler would eventually be paid for in full--a good-faith consumer policy--not that they would be charged endlessly for it and then told they still needed to pay it off. Delivery service was OK. They recently changed their billing to electronic and did not send an email billing notification for several months. When I called I was informed they added a $20 late fee even though I did not receive a previous notice. They stated that now the customer has to create a log in on their website and go to the website to pay the emailed bills. I stated I did not want to got thru all that confusion. The Dracut, MA location of this company evidently doesn't give a crap about providing good service to ReadyRefresh customers. They were supposed to pick up 8 five gallon bottles and the Dispenser equipment on December 31, 2021 at our home. I followed the instructions and put all if it out in front of my garage door. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, and I received an email that the pick up would be on January 5, 2022. AGAIN, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP, and I received another email that the pick up would be on January 7, 2022. Moving their stuff to be picked up, in and out twice, slipping and falling while doing so has injured & infuriated me. Contacting the company is almost impossible. The Dracut location phone number (800-220-8286) is a waste of time, unless you want to hear a stupid recorded message. If you try to call the other phone numbers (844-855-4593) or (800-950-9907) or 800-274-5285) you will either get the same results, or no one answers, or your wait time will be very long. IF you do get to talk to customer service, there's nothing they will do to help you. Stay far away from this company, and if they do not pick up their stuff very soon, I can assure you that I will be posting this review in a lot of places, AND I will find the Proxy statement for the parent company, Nestle Waters of North America, and will contact everyone I can related to that company - Board of Directors, CEO, etc. and will direct them to all of the terrible reviews that are posted on the internet. read more

As my first water delivery service, I can tell you do not use them. They are horrible. They are constantly raising their prices, they are always screwing up my order.
