They were friendly, professional, helpful. Wait time was well advertised with frequent updates and went much much faster than expected. Took great care of my injury, cleaning the wound, ensuring I had an updated tetanus shot, and supergluing it. And the best part - they did not turn me away unlike the urgent care I first went to where the provider refused to serve me while my finger was spurting blood. Sent me away. Also plenty of parking here. Hopefully I won't have a need to go back but if I did need urgent care, I'd go here first. read more

Went to check out a lump on my neck that was casing me severe pain. PA Jared was able to evaluate me and suggested I go to the Worcester location for a CT scan and blood work. Which I agreed. Jared was amazing, he called me as soon as the test restaurant came and was able to prescribe medicine and send it over to my pharmacy. I took my wife, who has dementia, in for a cut on her forehead, we had an excellent experience at Ready Med Plus. At 11am on Sunday we waited 2 minutes to see Dr Gaudette who stitched up and ordered a CT scan . The doctor and 2 nurses, Heather and Coonan (sp) were so attentive, professional and caring. My child got a tick in her head and I was looking for professionals to remove it carefully. After 1,5 hour waiting a male nurse did a terrible job - he ripped the tick apart, pieces all over my child's head, he pull out her hair, she was crying from pain and still he could not get the job done and the half of the tick was still there, he just left forceps on the table and left. Checked the website prior to making a 40 minute commute to this location. Online wait time indicated there was NO WAIT for pediatrics. Very much inaccurate. I waited an hour in the waiting room with one patient ahead of my child, only to be brought to an exam room to wait another hour. I ended up walking out without any treatment as two hours is inexcusable amount of time to wait at an urgent care. Not once did anyone come in to explain the delay. I didn't need an apology, just an explanation. They also charged my insurance over $400 for this non existent office visit. I had to file a fraudulent claim with my insurance company because they are trying to bill for services that were never rendered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! read more

I went to ReadyMED Plus on Shrewsbury Street because I could not get an appointment or walk in or even speak to anyone at 5 different urgent care places in Shrewsbury, Northborough, Holden or Marlborough. I am immunocompromised so quite nervous about Covid. They let me wait in my car and called when a room was free. Took about an hour and I was then let in a room. All I CAN SAY IS I FELT SAFE AND THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE WERE INCREDIBLY NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICENT. I saw Dr. Le, and was impressed. It is clear he loves his job and spent enough time with me. I would highly recommend this urgent care. They actually do take walk ins, don't require virtual appointments, and ask only that you call for an appointment if requesting a covid test. I had an excellent experience at Ready Med Plus. At mid day, I waited only 45 minutes to see an excellent doctor who ordered a CT scan and gave me instructions on what to do next. (Had a great CNA as well.) a report was sent to my primary care doc and he took it from there. Everyone was attentive, professional and caring. I am absolutely disgusted by my experience here. Robert Hansen, MD. treated my mother with absolutely NO respect, care or kindness. She went in due to an injured ankle. At no point did someone evaluate her ankle, just did a quick X-ray they refused to release to her. She believes they might not even of taken it. He basically laughed at her and told her to get lost. I told a staff person that someone had been sitting in a seat and they had soiled themselves and she said, yeah, I saw that." At no point did a staff person come out to clean that seat. I was there for 90 minutes. Just ew. And this is a healthcare facility? Something has changed because when I was there 6 months ago, my husband had a bloody nose contained in a towel. The nurse came out to clean the chair he had been sitting in, and I even told her he only touched the chair with his behind...no hands. I was pretty impressed with their level of sanitation then. This place is a nightmare. I went for swelling around my eyes and it took four hours. Someone came in with a cardiac emergency after I was there for three hours. They told me that people use it as an emergency room. You'd be better off at a real emergency room! I threatened to leave and the doctor suddenly showed up and gave me my blood test results. I went today after suffering for quite a while from a sore throat. I was told at another facility to take honey and get rest. Well six days later surprise I was worse and not better. The nurse here was so nice. Check in was a breeze. I walked in and wait time said 45 minutes but I was in and out in 50. Patient registration was easy and they were nice. Nurse was great. Wait time was less than ten minutes. The dr was amazing. He diagnosed me with sinusitis and bronchitis and I went home with steroids and antibiotics and at the end HE thanked ME for "entrusting us with your care", which is amazing. I felt like they were happy I came in! You don't get that at a normal walk in clinic. They were all so nice and even though I was so sick I left happy. They are awesome. My sister recommended I come here because they are reliant affiliated and she has had great care. Highly recommend. read more

It's unfortunate that Yelp doesn't have an option to give an establishment 0 stars. 1. This is not my first visit to ReadyMed. The last time I was here for a PPD read, I was in and out of the office within 10 minutes. The nurse actually came into the front desk office and quickly read my PPD, and was able to print a letter for me to bring to school. 2. This time, I was not as lucky. I brought 3 other friends with me from school because I recommended this place to them; I thought our visit this time around would be just as quick and simple. We checked in at the kiosk, waited 40 minutes just to have our names called by the front desk receptionist. Then we waited another hour to have our PPD read. For those who are unfamiliar, a PPD read is simply looking at a patient's forearm to look for any reactions to the PPD implant. My friends and I were there for over an hour and a half, whilst all these other patients who arrived LATER than us were seen before us. Absurd. 3. The nurse, John Campbell, rudely humiliated my friends for trying to get a better glimpse of the situation inside as to why we were waiting for so long. This man came out to yell at my friends and even had the nerve to violate HIPAA by talking about one of them to another patient. 4. Their office facilitator, Scott, had the audacity to call back to dispute our complaint and kept talking over me while I was trying to explain the situation to him. He blatantly said, "I don't know what else you want from me. I apologized and there's nothing else I can do." Real professional, ReadyMed. You support your HIPAA violating employees, don't have the BALLS to be humble and professional about a complaint as serious as this one, merely claiming, "I don't know the full situation because all that came to my desk was a complaint for waiting over an hour and a half." How YOU manage your office effects the quality of care of other patients. As the office facilitator, you should be listening to the comments of your patients, not trying to fight back. Especially when a complaint as serious as a HIPAA violation is brought to your attention, you'd rather brush that under the rug and hope no one hears about it? Deadly wrong. We have already submitted a complaint to the Department of Health. You have just lost the business of my school. Our faculty members will hear about this and we will no longer support our student body of 10,000+ students to go to this horrible unprofessional, and discourteous urgent care center. I have NEVER been treated with such impudence and it saddens me that people like you are in healthcare. read more

We came into Readymed for my husband having intense back pain and nausea. We were seen and lab teats and cat scan showed kidney stones. He was given antibiotics through iV and sent in his way with painkillers and a number to call to see Reliant urologist. First the printed number was wrong, not even the same type doctor, second when we finally talked to the correct office we were told that the first appointment was March 6!! They had the records that showed a situation that needed to be addressed. We found another urologist and will be having surgery in 2 days. March 6 would of led to serious kidney damage. Good diagnosis and horrible referral. With the test results in hand they should of seen us same day. Readymed and Reliant are the same company, communication should be clear. read more

Took our 4 year old here on a Saturday afternoon (4pm) with a fever and sore throat. Everything was seamless from check in to nurse intake to Doctor exam. We literally sat down for 2 minutes and was called into registration, then nurse got us right away. Entire visit was under 40 minutes and both nurse and doctor were very thorough with their questioning and exam. This location has a separate pediatric unit that was very nicely set up. I'm told it's rather new (they moved from another location) so it was very modern and clean. They offered my son a coloring book and crayons to keep him occupied. Overall, I'd highly recommend this location. They are affiliated with Reliant Medical Group so they had my son's medical record handy, which was convenient and made the visit much more coordinated and quick. read more

Horrible service. Just needed a rapid strep test and it took 2 hours to get the swab. No communication; an hour later I got called back in and she was about to swab again but wasn't told about the first test taken. Then had to wait another hour for someone to tell me my seven minute test results that took an hour were negative so I have to sit here even longer. Just low staffed and horrible communication. Terrible. I went at 12:00PM, was told about an hour. I didn't mind waiting. I had a cough and really bad phlegm. The cough had been going on for about week and a half so it was time to see a Dr. I had to wait in my car because I had a cough which is a symptom of COVID (even though I am vaccinnated) Yes I know you can still get COVID if vaccinnated, but the chances are so small at what point do we stop doing this for every person with a cough and sore throat? I got a call at 1:22PM that for whatever reason went straight to voicemail. I called back at 1:23PM (literally) and they told me that the Medical Assistant who called me was seeing other patients and she would come get me. 2:00PM comes by.... nothing. I decide to call back saying I had been waiting 30 minutes past when they told me they were ready for me... they told me that they'd be right out. 2:30PM comes by, still nothing. I call back again saying that now I've been waiting an hour past when they originally told me they were ready for me, and 2.5 hours past when I first checked in... all from my car. I said I'd probably just go home if they were still not ready for me. They finally let me in and the NP that I saw did not care about my visit at all. She was very rude and asked me a total of 1 question about my cough. They never even took my temperature. Told me it was just a virus and sent me home. read more

My foot was hurting a lot over the weekend and my doctors were not available for at least a week. I found ready med to be a walk in emergency clinic and have had a positive experience with them.They are upfront about the wait times and are responsive enough till you get into the patient waiting rooms. It took roughly 2 hours to get done with he doctor of which a lot was spent just waiting for someone to attend to me after my number was called. Also, they gave me a prescription which they said they would send to my CVS but that didnt happen for about a day or so which was disappointing. i ended up buying a lower dose OTC. They are "in-network" for my insurance and yet I ended up paying almost $350 for a couple fo x-rays (covered), some blood work and a pair of crutches. I brought my 2 1/2 year old child in because he slipped & hit his head in our bathroom and had major swelling around his eye. When we were registering I was asked who his primary care physician is. When I gave their name the intake nurse said that the name didn't match what was on file with our insurance company so they were unable to see him. The two physicians are in the same practice, has been seen by the physician that was on file with our insurance company, and our insurance is valid and up to date. My son was refused medical care at this facility despite being on a valid insurance plan because I gave a wrong name. Unbelievable! read more

I spoke to Mynhi Ngo and I was in disbelief at the amount of pure disrespect she had shown. I walked in when the wait time was 1 hr and 12 mins and asked for a chest X-ray and she denied me of being able to even see a provider to get an order for an X-ray. I left and called the place again from their parking lot and had someone else answer and told them my situation on the phone, just to hear the lady on the phone tell me that I can get it done at this place. Now the wait time is over two hours and I wasted that much of my time. This is by far THE WORST urgent care facility I have ever been too. I originally went to the ReadyMed in Milford, MA; I was directed with paperwork from the Doctor to go to the Worcester clinic. I was told I would not need to wait and hand the paperwork I was given to the receptionist and I would be seen immediately due to the severity of my issue. After driving over 45 minutes to the clinic in Worcester I stood waiting near the receptionist area as I was in too much pain to sit, for over an hour. Every time the receptionist would open the door to her office she would look at me and then call the next person in line. Within the hour that I waited I did sign into the kiosk that estimated a 3 hour wait, and went outside to call the previous office I was at to verify why there was such a holdup. The final time I called they said 'they were so sorry for the inconvenience and someone would be out for me right away.' I went back inside for a different man to come out of the reception area to call yet another persons name. As I began shacking my head in disapproval he so rudely asked 'is there something I can help you with?' After a few back and forths and replies from him such as 'we already called your name you were outside' and 'I won't assist you if you are going to raise your voice.' I decided to leave and go to the nearest ER. I worked in the health care/customer service field for over two years; to be blunt you shouldn't work in this business if you are an unsympathetic asshole. read more
