I would not recommend this company. When I reached out to archadeck of central iowa regarding a…read moresmall deck that we were interested in having built they responded quickly, advises that we called at a good time to get a project on the books with them and set up a meeting the next day to look at the space. An hour before the appointment I received a voicemail message that due to the size of our project they were declining our project. I had advises when speaking with them originally that we did not have a timeframe of when the project needed to be completed and that it was a small project so I could have understood if they had advised that there was a wait before they could start when I requested information from them but declining a project after already agreeing to meet with a customer is just bad business in my opinion.
