Estimate received quickly, with a fair price. Due to finances I had to wait for a fall repair. They were good about keeping in touch with me until fall arrived. They sent a large crew that worked well in a coordinated manner. I had a new puppy inside that didn't like the noise. The crew completed the job in one day, and cleaned up the yard well when done. Office staff is very pleasant and cooperative, ensured messages and questions were passed on to supervisors, and other working staff. I would highly recommend them for any roof, or gutter related repair, or questions. Vickie Lenihan

I have very high expectations when it comes to service and quality of work, and Heartland Roofing exceeded them in every possible way. From the moment they started in our pool house, it was clear that this team is a cut above the rest. Their craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail are absolutely top-notch. The professionalism displayed by everyone--from the frontline employees to the ownership--was outstanding. What impressed me the most was their commitment to understanding my specific needs. Whenever there was a question or a need for clarification, they didn't just assume--they stopped their work and took the time to connect with me to ensure everything was exactly as I wanted. This level of communication and dedication to getting it right is rare. The finished product? Even better than I had imagined. This is our third house and we've had a lot of different painting crews over the years in different locations, but these guys are hands down the best. I'm generally overly critical when assessing the details of a job done on my house and most of the time feel that while not great, the job done is "good enough". Not so with Troy's crew, Cole and Bob came in set up and got down to it. When everything was all said and done I was blown away by the level of precision and quality of the work done. On top of the great quality they were a pleasure to deal with; easy going, accommodating, and very professional. I'm glad that we were able to find such an excellent crew on our first attempt.
