Recommendations were spot on (chicken and squash soup base a hit) and service was very attentive and appreciative. Chill music channel played overhead, loud enough to be heard but not drown out casua conversation. Staff in general very friendly. One caveat is the sauce bar and not knowing how long food has been sitting out, I would probably suggest burying sauces in a bed of ice to keep them chill and away from room temperature. Will definitely ask for Jennifer as a serve for our next visit.

Parking is ample at the mall but the price (after the free hr) can be a little steep. The restaurant can accommodate both small and large groups. It's vibrate and they even had balloons/fun decorations everywhere! They are super intentional and have food for little kids, small knick knack toys, and even someone who does the "noodle dance" to entertain the crowd. Food and Service- besides the above ways they are attentive to details, food comes out relatively quick. Our server checked in on us quite frequently, gave us complimentary fruit and even cake. The hot pot itself was delicious- you're able to pick up to 4 broths, and the prices of the meat vary. Depending on what and how much you order, the price can add up quickly. However, overall, great quality meats/soups (tom yum was my favorite) and experience! Would love to come back!

I intended to eat dinner at another chubby…read morelocation but the wait there was too long. that day, wagyu house was only taking reservations but at 8:30 they opened their waitlist to the general public. there is a large parking lot available. they had a deal for 2 for about 150 (this is the price if you have a chubby membership) where you order the base soup, 2 meats, and 6 hotpot sides. we got the golden soup and chicken soup. definitely a fan of the golden soup. it's rich and warm, packed with flavor. for the hotpot sides, we got the wagyu beef meatballs, assorted meatballs, veggie combo, mushroom combo, duck blood, and pumpkin. the deal for 2 also came with a wagyu fried rice and sweet fried bread with condensed milk. the shrimp meatballs were very tender and so was the duck blood. i found myself wanting more mushroom, however. there is a sauce bar which comes with a 3.99 fee to use. in the deal, it came included. there is a great variety of sauces and also some fruit for "dessert"
