For COVID, customers must wear a mask inside. Most recently, I had a reiki massage with Angela and she was wonderful. I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed. This was my first session with reiki, but one of many massages. Interestingly, during the appointment I felt like I usually do during a regular massage and thought I couldn't "feel" the reiki. After getting up and walking outside, I was washed over with a sense of calm and almost buzzing like feeling. I hadn't felt like this after a massage before. Angela advised to drink lots of water and eat clean to help the energy flow through. I went home, meditated, ate a clean dinner, and slept soundly that night. Thank you!
