I had an absolutely horrible experience with uhaul flagstaff and decided to find different services for tow hitch wiring. At this point I urgently needed it done. Auto safety house didn't have the wiring but Ken went out of his way to locate the wiring I needed and even call up a mechanic who would get it done the day it arrived. Can't thank him enough. When you're moving you need knowledgeable people to talk to when you go into a store for services and at that point I had delt with people who didn't know enough to even give me the exact instal I needed, wrong wiring and horrible communication. Ken knew exactly what I needed and I wasn't even giving them any business...Auto safety house took a big load off my shoulders! Thanks! read more

Spent thurs. night at a truck stop (Hopi Service Center) in Holbrook, AZ. enroute to Iowa because our Fuel pump went bad on our RV. Called AAA about 6 AM Friday morning to tow us to a shop to fix this problem. We asked about Ash Auto Safety House, the driver told us he tried to take a customer there last week & they were far too busy because school is out & they now service & repair the school buses. So the tow truck driver dropped us off Southwest Transmission, he said they'd be able to take care of the problem. After a few hours passed, we were informed they had nothing big enough to drain the gas, basically a waste of time for us. It's late Fri. afternoon, all the shops close for the weekend. Mom supposed to be to work tomorrow in Iowa. They did let us plug into a power source to keep our food from spoiling while sitting there, very much appreciated. We also just had a blowout & it tore the gauges & flow tube from the propane tank, so using it was not happening. We called a few places, no one had much interest in our problem. Although being told they were busy & out of total desperation, Mom called Ash Auto Safety House. They were more than happy to try & help. It took a while, but they located a fuel pump, asked if we could safely get it (the RV) to their shop, which we did. The part would be in on Monday, 10 am or so. Meanwhile, they let us stay in their yard, for the weekend & we were plugged into power. Thank You guys, all of you, for all your help & caring enough to give us a place to stay while waiting for the part, while no one else had the time or concern. Heading back to PA with a truck and horse trailer. We broke down in Holbrook. Needed a hose replaced on our motor. They denied helping us at all. Said they were booked for 3 days and there is no way they could get us in. And gave no recommendations for any other mechanics in town. read more

When our diesel motorhome started to overheat, the prospects of breaking down in the middle of almost nowhere became a reality. We found Auto Safety House in Holbrook, and Service Advisor Bill offered to get us in right away. A broken hose was identified as the culprit, and a overnight parking spot offered. The next day, the coach was moved into the spotless shop, and several other issues were found. The bill was reasonable, the communication excellent, and the quality of repairs better than other shops we have been to. read more
