They showed up same day, and the rain helped, the guy just pointed: that's a clog, that's a clog, that corner lost its slope. Cleaned everything by hand, flushed every run with a hose until it came out clear, fixed two loose brackets for free. Found old raccoon damage on the roof and instead of upselling me said flat out: that part needs a roofer, not us. Who turns down money like that? Around $250 for a detached house under big trees, photos of everything on my phone. Two storms since, gutters are quiet.

So for Xmas I got my wife 6 months of cleaning service from No More Chores as she is running everything by herself and could really use the help. After a few visits I'm really impressed by the service here. The cleaning lady who comes is really impeccable and worth every penny. She doesn't speak much english but totally gets what we need help with and does a bang up job each time. On top of that, the customer service and response time to emails and inquiries is top notch here. I realized they had us listed down as 3 bathrooms and 0 half bathrooms, so I emailed to say it should have been 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Within an hour I got a response saying "Thanks for letting us know, we made the changes and also set a refund for past two cleanings accordingly." Very impressive. These guys are pricey but worth it, folks.

What started off as a promising service, we were excited to sign up with Julia to have our house…read morecleaned bi-weekly. She was local and starting her business and we were happy to support her. The first clean went well, and even though there were rather elaborate excuses why she was late, had to leave midway through the clean or didn't show up as planned for the other cleanings, we continued to support her. She unfortunately had some medical issues come up that she had to deal with and we were patient for a couple of months. Here's where things fell apart. We were never offered a refund for the cleanings that we paid for and to this day we can't get in touch with her to get a refund. We put down a deposit for four cleanings that have yet to be acknowledged. We have been reaching out to Julia for two months and no response. This is a very disappointing experience when we were nothing but understanding and supportive of her situation and trying to support a new local business. This is not a good way to do business and while I wish her well, this business ethic is not going to take her far. I do not recommend this service and I'd be embarrassed if I had interactions like this with clients.

She performed cleaning services twice for me and both times had an elaborate excuse for either not showing up or leaving part way through the service. Since she was starting her business I wanted to continue to give her a chance and the benefit of the doubt. I booked three more cleanings and paid the deposits. Once again; she did not show up and despite me emailing and texting to confirm when I would get a refund, I heard nothing. She withheld providing me with a refund until after I posted a review online about my negative experience. So yes, I have since been refunded, but this has been a very disappointing experience and I unfortunately cannot recommend this company for your cleaning services.

I would definitely recommend this company if you need gutters cleaned, windows washed or some general house maintenance.
