This is a bad business. I have not received services from this business in more than 3 years, yet last month they erroneously charged my bank card for almost $200. Perhaps they are serving someone who's name is alphabetically adjacent to mine. I haven't resided in NC for years. They shouldn't even be retaining my banking information after 3 years, but I would suppose for a small business to make a mistake like that might be forgivable, however they have ignored more than half a dozen attempts on my part to have them credit back the money they stole from my account. I have gone round and round with this company for almost a month. They have repeatedly ignored my messages, until I finally reached a person called Loren who said she would rectify the situation but has failed to do so. I have reached out again and again for followup but they remain complacent with pilfering money from people they expect not to notice their theft.
Buyer beware: your credit /debit card information is not safe in their billing system. You might find yourself years down the road on the phone with the fraud department due to their willful negligence. My bank also informed me that the vendor setup my card reoccurring to be charged on a monthly basis, regardless of the fact they're not even legally licensed to practice in my home state. It is going to take me several more weeks to recoup my losses solely because this business refuses to practice due diligence. Woefully unprofessional, scam of a business. Steer clear! read more
