How badly this provider fell in such a short time is something that needs to be studied for the…read morebooks, if you ask me. When I started out going here, I thought it was pretty decent, generally-speaking; the first therapist I had paired pretty well and helped me a good bit with some of my problems, and I got introduced to medication that's still helping alleviate my depression to this day. Unfortunately, I'd say things started going downhill when the therapist I liked having suddenly left and then was replaced with a new one who I found to be far worse. Where my previous therapist clearly did care and could come up with more things to discuss if I was having trouble coming up with that myself, this new one felt like she was only there to basically take my money and leave. A lot of the advice the new therapist gave me felt flat and honestly rather uncaring, and there were even times where she would prematurely end the call if I was at a loss on what to discuss next. While I am aware I still share some of that responsibility at the end of the day, it still felt incredibly insulting and a waste of invoice, to say the least. Even worse, the medication I need for my depression kept not getting filled out to my pharmacy regularly, and it would sometimes be locked behind follow-up appointments, as well. It was bad enough that there were some periods where not only did I have to rely on temporary refills until I could secure an appointment, but I even had no medication at all! While it is of course still part of the patient's responsibility to keep up, to let regular refills fall to the wayside so often is a recipe for disaster, if you ask me. All in all and especially given recent news, I am not at all surprised that this practice filed for bankruptcy and is going to close and transfer to a new practice (Altavera Behavioral Health) come August. I feel awful for the genuine workers who might lose their jobs because of this, and hopefully they can get picked up by other practices that are hopefully leagues upon leagues more competent than CEH was.

The WORST of the worst. Good luck trying to get a phone call back or even an email. I can certainly…read moreunderstand if you are understaffed, but that does not make it okay to treat clients like they are scum and ignore their calls and emails for MONTHS. Quite icky if I do say so myself.

Judy has a very gentle style to her which makes it easy to follow her direction into hypnosis. She makes a hypnosis session a truly individual experience. She is a highly qualified professional.

From the seedier aspects of society to a world view born of self-loathing and a low self esteem, to harboring post traumatic stress that was as old as I was. I have been there. Alcoholism, drug abuse, the streets, and needlessly putting myself in harms way. I have never really been happy or expecting to live for very long, and this came to a head with my membership in biker gangs. I am the product of a lifetime of bad choices. I came to Judy in desperation. I knew that somewhere, somebody had the answers, because life surely HAD to be more than what I was making of it. I have been to the psychologists, the psychiatrists and all the other "usual suspects" associated with the American Medical Cartel and its ilk. I have been prescribed enough medication to kill a herd of buffalo, and this has only made matters worse. I came to Judy at the end of my rope. No support group could help me, no church or religion could save me, and I did not have it in me to continue. My agenda was simple: Victory or death. I was either going to be able to succeed in this life in a healthy and positive manner or I was going to commit suicide. Plain and simple, though I did not communicate this to her at the time. We began a deep regiment of hypnotherapy to address the many instances of severe emotional trauma in my life; some of which I was aware of, others of which I was not. The end results were nothing short of miraculous. And I use this word in its literal, and not metaphorical sense. The change was immediately felt and almost immediately noticed. It is astounding to all those who have ever known me, and I shan't indulge in fancy or dramatic jargon to promote was has been the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I still see Judy when I need to. She is a beacon of light in a world full of darkness, and will bring out the best in yourself and take no credit for anything you have not done on your own. All she does is "light the way," it is you who knows the way back home. I have never experienced this level of joy and positivity in my life. I have never known what it is like to have hope. I have never simply been happy "in the now" and seen life as a series of potential possibilities for positive experience and creation. I have never loved myself before. I am learning how to do that now. If this sounds too holistic or unbelievable to you, I can understand that. I really can. Because I look in the mirror these days and I see a bright and beautiful smile beaming back at me in the reflection; and I have no idea who that guy is looking at me, but he has always been there and I just couldn't see him before. I didn't even know he existed. I am only beginning to now get to know who he is after 45 years of consecutive misery, I have finally freed my soul from darkness and bondage. My journey begins now. Thank you Judy. You have help me make my world a beautiful place at long last. I never suspected that happiness could feel so good. The absence of misery is worth its weight in diamonds. You are a true healer in every sense of the word. And I now appreciate the miracle that is life. You are an angel among humankind.
