Selling and/or buying a home is stressful so it was wonderul to have someone like Stephanie to lead us down this path. She was so committed throughout the entire process. It didn't matter the time of day or the day of the week, she was always available to answer a question, brainstorm or just provide simple reassurance that we sellers/buyers sometimes need. If plan A doesn't work, rest assured Stephanie will have a plan B and C. She is professional and on point and will make you a priority. We will absolutely be working with Stephanie again when we buy our next home in Frederick, Maryland. It's clear why she's a top agent in Maryland. As for The Creig Northrop Team, well they are amazing in the services they offer. We were provided a professional stager, use of moving trucks, beautiful pictures of our home and they utilize every marketing avenue available.

Molly wants us to love our home, never pressures, but has real guidance (eg what makes a strong offer for a given house, when is too much, etc.). She puts in endless time to research the homes we considered, knows the market (herself and is in a solid community of agents), goes above and beyond (finding answers to any question we have, research, construction/house matters). Molly has great judgment and navigates people very well. She is kind with/about everyone, has solid integrity, is always willing to go the extra mile and is overall a strong agent. We can't recommend Molly enough.

My husband and I did not know what to expect since it was our first home-buying experience. We scheduled an initial appointment to meet with Chris and immediately we knew that we made the right decision by choosing him as our official realtor. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and cognizant of what we were searching for in a home. He was in constant communication with us and made the experience less stressful. Once we found our home, he was there at every appointment and transaction. It made us comfortable knowing that we had his expertise for any of the unknown questions that we encountered. He would provide us tips on what to look out for and genuinely cared about our concerns. We were so fortunate to have Chris guide us through the process and he is truly the best at what he does. We have friends now that go to him and discovered that other friends had him as a realtor. If I could add more stars for this rating I would do it in a heartbeat!! Thank you Chris - we could not have done it without you!

Realtor Jim Winn and his entire team are top notch and I am so pleased to have chosen them to sell…read moreour home. The need was sudden, and it had to be sold as quickly as possible without sacrificing profit. On top of that, it was being listed at a time one would think is undesirable - just before Christmas and headed into the middle of Winter. Jim didn't flinch, setting up the initial meeting and walk through with immediate plans for a photographer to take shots and enable the home to "go live" within days. There was a surprisingly large number of showings given the time of year, with varied levels of interest but no immediate offers. Jim was as positive as he is experienced, staying in constant contact by phone, e-mail and video to calm any fears and lend assurance that the "right buyer would come along", which indeed happened. An offer for the asking pricing was received, JUST as the full effects of the Covid-19 quarantine were taking hold. Jim worked seamlessly with the title company to ensure a prompt and orderly "VIRTUAL" settlement process that was quite unlike anything I had ever experienced! Even at settlement, as I signed closing documents alone in a mask and gloves, Jim was right there beside me on video chat! The follow-up couldn't have been tighter and more complete, from Jim's remaining presence to the continued contact with Roanna and other members of his team. There is no such thing as a "former" client to Jim, as he runs a client appreciation program with drawings, prizes, and industry bulletins through e-mail and social media. It's truly a "once a client, always a client" mentality with this team. I am blessed and grateful for their service!

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!! I unfortunately worked with the agent Zahra who completely botched my…read morelisting in every way. It was as if the listing they put together was for a totally different home, that's how bad it was. She and the Bob and Ronna group completely missed the listing deadline amongst many other things. When I spoke with an employee at the Bob and Ronna group, she tried to threaten me and tell me that I was bound to my contract. They then sent in Ronna who just gave me a lot of lip service and Lauri Clay, who is diabolical, she uses fear tactics, and she's a champ at it, manipulative to the core. She was so smart, she did not even address the major issues that we were having with our agent Zahra, we were actually under contract for another home and so she decided to focus on that and make it seem like she was our savior. She scared us into believing that we wouldn't get our deposit back and that the LLC who owned this house didn't refund deposits and then when we received our deposit with absolutely no hiccup at all, she tried to act like the champion who saved the day although she lied about all of this to make it seem like she was helping me. She then went onto start to scare me that the HOA does not give out the documents in a timely manner for selling my home. Honestly, it just goes on and on... I actually was able to see through all the nonsense and even when I'm telling her I've just had an accident and I have a concussion and I don't need added stress. She was so heartless and conniving and continued to apply pressure on me and my family and was so calculating. I eventually had to block all of them and sent Bob and Ronna a statement saying I was done and I was not obligated. The listing they created for my home currently still remains on the MLS and Zillow and they will not remove it. I will file a complaint with the Real Estate Commission. Basically run, I know it may seem like they might be helping but honestly, but that's the game they play, they are about quantity and there is no quality whatsoever and they will do whatever it takes to make that dollar. BEWARE. Worst company ever, I can't tell you how many times they had me in tears. Not to mention that they wasted primetime of being on the Real Estate market. They did such a disservice to me and my family and created so much anguish for us, I just can't understand how people can be like this or how they can sleep at night. I literally did not even list all of the mistakes, and errors and mental games and anguish and manipulation they put us through, but this kind of gives you a gist.

At this point, I reached Ashok with all my specifications, and he started sending houses base on my preferences. In my house hunt, I am finally able to click a house, and placed an offer. Ashok meticulously guided me, and I am finally able to find a dream home within my budget. He guided me, in all the process, right from offer to till closing. He continuously kept me in the loop for any communications between the Seller, Loan officer and myself. My journey with him is very pleasant, and any buyer side issues, I raised to Ashok. He resolved all my concerns in a timely manner. I am able to close the house in the 1st week of October-2021. Based on superior experience in the home buying process, I am recommending Ashok, and his company "Exit Results Realty" to my fellow house hunting associates/friends. Ashok ensured that he guided me in this house hunting journey. Even if I want to rent/buy/sell in near future I would definitely work with Ashok, and wishing him best of luck in all his real estate business.

I went with his recommended mortgage broker who was great, but I felt tagged teamed and pressured by to find a property that they could close on fast for their commission. I felt they were both working in their best interest and not mine. Needless to say this relationship went south after I brought this to the agent's attention. He screamed at me over the phone and ended our relationship after I bailed on an offer for a house. I had done my due diligence and realized the house would not work for me. This must have ticked him off because you could sense nitrogen in his voice when I told him this. This has been a horrible experience for me, and has made me loose faith in using a real estate company to represent me. I don't know if I can trust another one. This guy had a "snake like" vibe and a terrible attitude. Therefore I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone.

Kevin was very patient with me and took the time to walk through each (of the many) houses we looked at. He pointed out a lot of problem areas and things for me to be aware of as we walked through each home. I had used a different realtor in the past who would make any home seem like a prize. He is honest to the point where he will lose a sale, which you don't find in an industry where people make their money on commissions. He took the time to give prompt but also thoughtful and researched answers to any questions I had, and when he was busy and unable to give a full response he let me know when he would get back to me- and always did as he said. Anyone who has purchased real estate before knows its hard to trust anyone since the entire industry is based on commission. He doesn't make you feel like another ticket to cash in on. He will fight for what you want, and never make you feel like you don't have an out if you are unsure. Very rare.

He knew our market well, made solid suggestions before we listed the house, and brought in an EXCELLENT photographer who specializes in real estate photography. We could not believe how inviting his pictures made our house look. We tried out the websites of the three realtors we were interviewing, and the Savercool website was by far the best. In today's market, having someone with computer savvy and marketing differentiators can be the key to a quick sale for maximum dollars. We had good traffic at the open house, and were under contract within one week. Dave then managed the process of getting us to closing artfully, as there were some normal bumps along the way. His cool demeanor and clear explanations of our options made the sale as easy as possible. We had considered listing the property myself, but are glad we went with a true professional. It was a smart investment on our part. We can without any reservations recommend Susan and Dave Savercool for your real estate transactions. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

When we moved back to Maryland, Ibi and Fred helped us find a great deal in a desirable neighborhood in Gaithersburg. They again helped us find contractors for various repairs and met up with us for lunches to make sure we were settling in. During COVID-19, we decided we needed to find a different home with more of a yard and home office space. We could not afford what we wanted closer in to DC, so Ibi and Fred helped us scour the marker across Montgomery, Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, and Anne Arundel Counties. We finally found our gem north of Annapolis, and won it in a hot market under asking, while selling our Gaithersburg home again on Day 1 for over asking. Ibi and Fed have come out to visit us by the Bay to check in and have been learning the market on this side of the state. They're great to work with, and now great friends, too.
