After experiencing how…read morepleasant Ibi was to work with on the buying side in Rockville - and how knowledgeable she was about her profession, Montgomery County, local contractors, area restaurants, etc. - we asked Ibi to help us sell our Rockville home a few years later. She worked the market during the weeks before we went live, and we sold for over-asking on Day 1. When we moved back to Maryland, Ibi and Fred helped us find a great deal in a desirable neighborhood in Gaithersburg. They again helped us find contractors for various repairs and met up with us for lunches to make sure we were settling in. During COVID-19, we decided we needed to find a different home with more of a yard and home office space. We could not afford what we wanted closer in to DC, so Ibi and Fred helped us scour the marker across Montgomery, Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, and Anne Arundel Counties. We finally found our gem north of Annapolis, and won it in a hot market under asking, while selling our Gaithersburg home again on Day 1 for over asking. Ibi and Fed have come out to visit us by the Bay to check in and have been learning the market on this side of the state. They're great to work with, and now great friends, too.

The third experience proved to be more challenging requiring all the knowledge and experience only a 20+ year seasoned professional team can offer. With all the ups and downs of a hot seller's market they were able to navigate the real estate landscape and find our ideal retirement home. At each step along the way they kept us informed and updated. Their work ethic, persistence and positive attitude were amazing. HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!! I unfortunately worked with the agent Zahra who completely botched my…read morelisting in every way. It was as if the listing they put together was for a totally different home, that's how bad it was. She and the Bob and Ronna group completely missed the listing deadline amongst many other things. When I spoke with an employee at the Bob and Ronna group, she tried to threaten me and tell me that I was bound to my contract. They then sent in Ronna who just gave me a lot of lip service and Lauri Clay, who is diabolical, she uses fear tactics, and she's a champ at it, manipulative to the core. She was so smart, she did not even address the major issues that we were having with our agent Zahra, we were actually under contract for another home and so she decided to focus on that and make it seem like she was our savior. She scared us into believing that we wouldn't get our deposit back and that the LLC who owned this house didn't refund deposits and then when we received our deposit with absolutely no hiccup at all, she tried to act like the champion who saved the day although she lied about all of this to make it seem like she was helping me. She then went onto start to scare me that the HOA does not give out the documents in a timely manner for selling my home. Honestly, it just goes on and on... I actually was able to see through all the nonsense and even when I'm telling her I've just had an accident and I have a concussion and I don't need added stress. She was so heartless and conniving and continued to apply pressure on me and my family and was so calculating. I eventually had to block all of them and sent Bob and Ronna a statement saying I was done and I was not obligated. The listing they created for my home currently still remains on the MLS and Zillow and they will not remove it. I will file a complaint with the Real Estate Commission. Basically run, I know it may seem like they might be helping but honestly, but that's the game they play, they are about quantity and there is no quality whatsoever and they will do whatever it takes to make that dollar. BEWARE. Worst company ever, I can't tell you how many times they had me in tears. Not to mention that they wasted primetime of being on the Real Estate market. They did such a disservice to me and my family and created so much anguish for us, I just can't understand how people can be like this or how they can sleep at night. I literally did not even list all of the mistakes, and errors and mental games and anguish and manipulation they put us through, but this kind of gives you a gist.

I actually met David in 2016 when I purchased a home from him (he owned the house). I unfortunately had to sell said home this year, so I asked David Vane to be my realtor. This was the best decision I could have made. David is a pro! He has many years of experience, he is knowledgeable and confident, and quite frankly he gets stuff done! I listened to David and followed his recommendations based on his expertise, and my house sold in 12 hrs (full price offer). After the inspection, there were a few little things I needed to have fixed and I asked David to take care of it. His company works with various contractors (e.g. plumbers, electricians, etc) so I didn't have to make a single call or worry about anything. Once my house was under contract, David and I went out the very next day looking for a new house for me to buy. I found one I liked and David put in the offer that night. His advice to me was crucial during negotiations and I got the house and some closing help from the seller. We had some delays closing on the new house (from the seller's end) and David kept me updated and was in constant touch with the seller's realtor. I now own the house, and David is still helping me arrange for some electrical work to be done. House selling/buying can be a very stressful and emotional process, but David Vane made the experience a pleasure. He knows what he's doing and he is PHENOMENAL! I also had the pleasure of meeting and working with his business partner Michael, who was equally knowledgeable and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Weichert Realtors - New Colony!!

I first selected her based on her professional video introduction, and meeting her in person confirmed that her expertise is the real deal. Licensed in three states (including WV), she provided the deep local knowledge I desperately needed as an out-of-state buyer. Louise was instrumental in every phase of this transition, going far beyond the standard duties of a realtor: Technical & Local Expertise: Despite my background in the trades, I was thoroughly impressed by her extensive knowledge of property structures and specific neighborhoods. She helped us negotiate a price that was more than fair, ensuring we got exactly the home we wanted. A Network of Pros: She connected us with a top-tier inspector who didn't miss a single flaw, as well as reliable home insurance contacts. Her recommendations provided a roadmap for our future alterations and gave us total confidence in our investment. Protective Oversight: When a slight error arose with the title company, Louise caught it immediately. She navigated the situation until they provided us with our own attorney for the closing. Mastery of Detail: Throughout the closing, she knew every line of the documents. She made sure every 'T' was crossed and 'I' was dotted, personally reassuring us through the natural insecurities that come with a major out-of-state purchase. Louise truly held our hand from start to finish. She even handled the small things she wasn't obligated to do, like providing direct links for utilities and every small detail a person might forget in the rush of moving.
