Due to the fact that we could not see the house in person, Sharone went and inspected many homes closely for us, was available for any question and found a solution for any issue or problem that came up. Even when we arrived to the United States, after we moved into the beautiful house in Scottsdale, 85254, Sharone continued to check in with us to make sure that everything was fine and she even helped us acclimatize to the new country (including helping with arrangements that are not at all related to the house). I have been living in a condo he managers for 6 months now, and have had two problems with the appliances. In both cases, a repair man was at my door within 2 days to fix the problem. There was not even a suggestion that I needed to pay for any part of these services. Don is also lenient. I forgot to mail my rent check one month. I was very embarrassed when I remembered, and I emailed Don to let him know the situation. He assured me that the lapse was no problem, and thanked me for keeping him informed.
