After a failed 9 month listing with another agency, a time when we felt the agent did little to nothing to market our home, we listed with Steve Huhta. Steve had come highly recommended from someone who had a similar past experience. My only regret is that we didn't contract with Steve first! The home we sold was our parents. It's hard selling your parents home, an emotional experience. Steve was responsive to our needs and understanding of our situation. Leading up to the closing, there were inspections and repairs needed. Since we are out of town, not able to come in to take care of details ourselves, Steve took over and arranged everything.
