I started off by looking on the web for homes, then I came to Zillow.com and that is where I found a couple of homes that were interesting. My kids and I were in a really tight spot at the time we started renting from them; I had rented a house and put thousands of dollars into deposits before we started getting sick and found out there was mold everywhere. My landlord there was absolutely careless about making anything right, and when I found Anchor Apartments they worked with me a LOT to get us quickly moved into a dry and beautiful house. I have never had to wait long at all for a response if I reach out about repairs or have questions, and Jeff checks in after repairs or changes to make sure everything is going well in the house. 10/10 recommend. I had applied for some funding through MSA to help restore damages to my property. My equity allows me up to $20,000 for repairs that they allocated. Mr. Gosh seemed very understanding to the necessity of repairs on my home because I have no heat and cannot utilize my brand new furnace because of air duct damage and blockage. He called himself mobile home Genie cause that's all he does, (he claims). He even whet as far as claiming he was going to be here on a certain day to take measurements.
