Asked him to correct. He only changed the picture not the address. But, the damage was done as Zillow, etc. has a picture of my home and address. Contacted again and he told me to never contact him again and I needed to contact my county because they are the ones who have it wrong on the other parcel (why would this be my issue to correct?) I contacted my county and Mr. Clendaniel is WRONG. My property is correct. And there are only two properties in our county with that address and neither is the town his listing is for. I even found a parcel I believe is the one he is selling, which lists the other town and it was as simple as a search on the county parcel search website. That means Mr. Clendaniel is a liar, lazy, or unknowledgable (or all) regarding parcel search. Either way I would be very scared to utilize this man to buy or sell a home. A neighbor of mine asked why my home was listed this low, people have stopped in front of my house. I shouldn't have to worry about this. Also, the property is now under contract, so I'm worried about this now. Also, I contacted the company he works for (REMAX/Horizons) and they never had the decency to return my call. I would avoid at all cost.

What you can expect for that: Tenants had a very hard time getting in contact with someone when there was an issue they needed to have looked at. Property manager didn't seem to ever look at property, I had stopped by one time and saw weeds the size of small trees, he had no idea. Also they didn't help to get any issues resolved, just acted as a middleman complicating things further since it would usually take a while to get a call back from them. I found it went much smoother when I'd communicate with the tenant directly. I was often told by property manager that they couldn't do various things: coordinate between tenant and home warranty company to schedule repairs, never walked tenant through basic troubleshooting of problems (ie. check circuit breakers) they would just call me first. Couldn't find a contractor to do roof repairs, I had to search for myself.

Her being a buffer between us and the most difficult of sellers helped us stay on task with what we needed to get done so that things moved without holding anything up. One of the first instances of us wanting to settle on a house was made difficult by a seller who was unreasonable and wouldn't even take an offer for the amount they were asking until we decided to move on with our search. Bobbi worked directly with our lending agent to streamline the process of getting all the documentation that they required in a timely manner. Not once did she waste our time with properties we did not like, steer us away from things we wanted to see, or try to push any sale on us. Bobbi welcomed and encouraged any and all questions at every point in the process, no matter how silly they seemed. Any contact made through text, phone call, or email was swiftly answered. As far as working with our wacky schedules, she was very flexible in accommodating us. When the day came when we finally closed on a house, it was sad having to part ways.
