They placed tenants in my home that were found to not be properly qualified, and I received late rent payments from their tenants thorghout the lease term. The company refused to take no legal action. They also did not look after my property or see how the tenant's were up keeping the home the whole time. The property manager then backed out of the lease agreement at the end of the term and left everything for me to handle. They were all about working for the tenants. Still the management fee was being paid by me as the property owner. My place was not left in good condition and was very dirty once the tenant's moved out. All thumbs down from me for Era Harrington Realty. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Reviewing for the property management aspect. I hired The Moving Experience to manage a property I…read moreneeded to rent out. They charge 1 month's rent + ten percent per month for this. What you can expect for that: Tenants had a very hard time getting in contact with someone when there was an issue they needed to have looked at. Property manager didn't seem to ever look at property, I had stopped by one time and saw weeds the size of small trees, he had no idea. Also they didn't help to get any issues resolved, just acted as a middleman complicating things further since it would usually take a while to get a call back from them. I found it went much smoother when I'd communicate with the tenant directly. I was often told by property manager that they couldn't do various things: coordinate between tenant and home warranty company to schedule repairs, never walked tenant through basic troubleshooting of problems (ie. check circuit breakers) they would just call me first. Couldn't find a contractor to do roof repairs, I had to search for myself.
