They never kept the grounds cleaned, they let anyone, including criminals, move in. I could never get through to management to get anyone to fix anything or to report an issue with any of the neighbors. I was attacked by one of the tenants that was on drugs. They never fixed anything in my apartment completely. They never answer their phone. No management is on site all week long so you can never reach anyone in person either. Homeless people lived behind the dumpsters quite often. They raised the rent on me by 300 dollars without notifying me. No communication or care for tenants at all. NEVER rent from Friar House Flats, you will be miserable. It was the worst 3 years of my life.

It's all about the bottom line for them. Muskego School Apts. does not have a business center, not allowed to meet as a group in the community room, the outside grounds are horrible and management does not protect the residents from bullies, drunks and drug addicts!
