We also traveled around Wisconsin to see the sights, and in doing so, stumbled upon this cute little coin shop in Oshkosh. As you can see he made out with quite the haul, and the owner Chris and my dad really hit it off. My mother and I were getting a little annoyed it was taking my dad so long in the shop, but he was having so much fun, how could we deny him, you know? He was like a kid in a candy store, and he's in his 60s. Anyways, I thought I'd post this as Chris the owner was really kind to my father and gave him, in my father's words , "a great deal". The shop for someone like him was great too. Thanks Chris for the fun experience and making my Dads vacation!

My issue is pickups are always scheduled on Friday evening or Saturday/Sunday afternoons. That may be ok in the dead of winter in WI. Once the nice weather comes, I'm not missing out on going to the cabin or boating. For a bit, Marina was allowing me to pick it up before or after the actual pickup scheduled. That ended & so did my purchasing of $200-$500 per auction.

I spoke with the owner, Brendon, to make our appointment and he was able to get us in within a week (which was SO nice because we're doing a quick closing). He answered all our questions about what we could expect and was very polite. We had Daniel as our inspector and it was a very smooth, and enjoyable, process. This is my first time buying a home, so I had a lot of questions and concerns. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional! He walked us through any areas of concern, answered all my questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. He was very clean and respectful of the new house, made sure to wear shoe covers while inside, and was very detailed with his inspection. We received the full inspection report from them in less than 24 hours and it was very detailed, organized, and easy to read. The report had many pictures and recommendations that were clear and concise, which makes it a lot easier for us to know exactly what needs to be fixed, how to fix it, and when it should be done. I can't thank JR's enough; we really appreciate the peace of mind you guys have given us and we will definitely recommend to all our family and friends in the future! Thank you!
