I am currently being held responsible for property issues (broken irrigation and a removed tree) that existed long before I moved in, despite providing photo evidence to the contrary. Communication has felt retaliatory; for example, I received a late-night hearing summons shortly after sharing my feedback online. Most concerning is the attempt to remove my personal landscaping without providing the proper written notice required by standard protocol. An HOA should serve and support its residents through fair, professional "best practices." I hope to see Mills Management shift toward a more customer-service-oriented approach that respects homeowners' rights and property. Furthermore, I was disappointed to receive a hearing notice at 9:30 PM immediately following a public review I posted. I am committed to a mutually beneficial relationship with the HOA and would prefer to resolve these misunderstandings through respectful, professional communication rather than escalation.

At the beginning everything was fine. We have always been amazing tenants and have many letters of recommendation. All the owners at the property have offered us to buy the place but unfortunately the property needs more extensive repair that it outweighs the price. We have never lapsed or had any issues with rent. The staff over the years got very rude. They would blame us for nonsense that had nothing to do with us because the HOA would mistakenly send us letters that would be for the neighbor in front. We had gotten into so many arguments with HOA to correct their mistakes but of course they are useless just like Mission Realtors. We advised Mission Realtors that we had nothing to do with what went on with the neighbor's disputes of HOA violations and were meet with an awful attitude to fix the issue when nothing in our end needed fixed. If something needed fixed, we always did right away. When major stuff needed fixed, they would act bothered and argue about fixing anything. Typical greedy landlord who just awaits the nice check for overpriced rent and fix nothing. The property unfortunately got vandalized during the holidays and I remember I called the emergency number to seek advice after authorities were called. Instead of them being worried we were met with anger about why we were calling the emergency number. I was told by Cindy that she was at her Christmas party and that we shouldn't be bothering calling because it was interrupted. Just proves that they would rather enjoy their lavish parties and who cares about the tenants? They worry about their lavish lifestyle and seeing their nice check coming in instead of being professional. Good riddance we don't deal with them anymore. Very unprofessional and rude. Pat and Cindy are the worst. Hope they get the same awful treatment as awful as they are. Overall STAY AWAY. Very hostile and rude. I don't know why they are still in business.
