A listing would appear on a website one day, and it was literally pending the next. I watched the websites intently and if we were interested, we called Tom and his team and they got us in ASAP. We placed a few offers on a couple of properties, but alas, with the interest rates being so low, us requiring a full sellers assist to cover closing costs, and so many buyers approved for a mortgage, we knew we may not be able to compete. This is why having Tom on our side was crucial!   On the 3rd home we put an offer on, we were the first to see it, but again shot down. Our offer was too low, our seller's assist was too high, and they had received another offer right after ours that the seller was going to accept. Everyone else just said to call when we were closer to a decision. As a property manager, we worried about nothing. All paperwork was handled with no delay. Our home was well managed and our tenant was happy too. When we decided to sell, the experience was far better than my friends when they sold their homes. Bob shocked us with the value even when we didn't believe him. It worked out so much better for us and once again very easy. At the end we did have an issue with the closing company but Bob did not let those were off the hook until WE were satisfied. Bob is the man. He'll pray for you and we will always pray for Bob.
