If it's your personal space look elsewhere. Some pretty wild things found upon my return and house is covered in sheetrock dust and paint on flooring and belongings. This is what I get for hiring a contractor when I was out of town. We have been lucky where we used to live to have a painting team that actually cared about us. We weren't just a job. Clearly with Precision you're just a job to get through. Pros: Job was done. Which I mean sometimes people don't even show up. These guys were on time everyday which is part of why they earned the 3 stars. Cons: attention to detail, lack of care and lack of clean up.

My son had Ben paint his house and I had him ask if he could install some fans at my place. Ben…read morecame out and did an excellent job!! What a very nice young man!! I will for sure be calling him for other projects around my house!!! I HAVE TO EDIT MY REVIEW. And I really hate to do this because I really thought this young man Ben Garcia from Ben's Straight-Line Painting and Remodeling did a good job putting in a couple of ceiling fans for me. HOWEVER - he told me he was concerned with the ceiling fan brackets in the attic as one of the fans that he installed has a slight wobble. He told me he would return the following week to go up into the attic and inspect all of the fan brackets and correct said issue. HE NEVER RETURNED nor did he call the following week. I finally got a hold of him and he set up a day he would come...we were suppose to call one another the Wed before but that didn't happen (I was dealing with a very sick dog). This was early December 2016. Since then I have tried to get in touch with Ben via phone- left a message, emailed him, called and texted his cell phone and he has NEVER returned any of my calls or text messages. I can understand if he is busy with a major job - just tell me... it only takes a few minutes to return a customer's call. If he did not have time or did not want to do the said job...- tell me ans/or refer me to someone else. He mentioned that he knows all sorts of people that can do things. But to not return calls or texts...that is just so unprofessional!! Nothing like what his website states... "We guarantee great communication with you."

I had just purchased my second home and was about to go on an adventure to paint it myself and having no experience; knew it was going to be painful. We spoke briefly at the hardware store and he gave me a very rough estimate on the square footage I provided which was basically spot on when he came out to the house for a full estimate. The price was great! Work was outstanding! Very detailed and very customer friendly! What would have taken me a few weeks only took him a few days. Would highly recommend him and look forward to future projects as I plan to provide his info to my property manager for future work as necessary on my homes.

I put a feeler out on Yelp for a couple concrete slabs and gazebo project. I received two responses…read moreright away, one was from Axis and one other. I met with Gianmarcos (Axis) and we had a good conversation and went over my specifications. (I am extremely detail oriented and picky) He left me impressed even though he is pretty young, I think early 20's. While he was putting together estimate, the other contractor called, this one right away was not listening to me and I just said, not interested, we did not even meet. I ended up doing some research on Axis, Better Business Bureau did not have any information on Gianmarcos or Axis, all I found was company was very new. So, it was either take a chance on this young man, or look for more estimates. A day later, he texted me estimates and they were solid, with my first impression he gave me, I hired him. His entire crew was professional and they were very communicative throughout the entire process. One of my main pet peeves is up charges on top of estimates. I like knowing costs up front. Even though I had two up charges on my project, they were both legit, one was adding rock around gazebo, it was Gianmarcos suggestion rather than just base which was original plan. It worked out well. Second was an extra electrical box since existing one was maxed out. Like I stated before, I am very picky, I wanted several switches, to control bug zappers, fans, lights, speakers, heaters, etc. all this was done, expertly in my opinion. They even fixed a couple things I was not totally happy with without complaint or up charge. All that is left is staining, which could not be done because of temperature drop. As long as they come back to complete staining as promised, this will remain 5 stars. I am very impressed with this company, I had to make this post.

The job is almost complete and we are VERY happy with it so far. 2. Install a buffet cabinet in our dining room and install countertop. 3. Remodel our kitchen. The kitchen remodel will entail replacing granite countertops, lowering part of a countertop, replacing backsplashes, fixing drywall, moving electric and plumbing, installing an electric cooktop, and painting existing cabinets. 4. Fix drywall in half bath and repaint. The garage project is almost complete and the buffet cabinet was installed. All that remains is the kitchen remodel, the buffet countertop and trim, and the bathroom repainting. This company is the best contractor company I've experienced in my 62 years of life. They are communicative throughout the process. The company's namesake, Herbert Hernandez, was our first contact. He worked with us throughout the design/idea process, made sound suggestions and recommendations, provided us with a sensible, affordable estimate, and presented an excellent plan and schedule. The project manager, Mario, is on site regularly to check on progress, to answer questions, and make recommendations/suggestions. The job supervisor, David (Herbert's brother), is fantastic, as are Raymond and the other guys, whose names I can't remember right now. Their work ethic is superb, and they are 100% customer oriented. They're on time, they work hard, do excellent work, clean up their messes, talk to us throughout the work, and far exceed my expectations. I'll update my review and post pictures when the jobs are complete.

I specifically asked the owner if he would fix the imperfections in the drywall prior to painting and he said yes. My biggest disappointment was the poor workmanship and the lack of attention to detail. There are areas (wall)that weren't painted, and in other areas the paint is chipping. The work was completed less thana week ago. I texted the owner pictures of the missed areas ( i can't post all of them). I thought the owner would at least fix the missed painted areas; unfortunately he didn't care. I will have to redo everything. Misunderstandings happen, but being unwilling to fix missed areas is unprofessional.
