No one stopped by to check on us while dining to see if things were going okay while we were eating. I get that it's busy but at the same time, it's not usual for people to go to a sit down dining location and not get checked on no matter how busy it is. The food wasn't great and wait was incredibly long. So if this is an experience "premium" added, it doesn't live up to the cost. And the tables and seats were dirty and greasy. Additionally, by the time we were done eating, the establishment ran out of arcade cards, which ultimately killed any other chance for a good experience on my son's birthday. Before coming here, please check out other places for entertainment or you'll end up wasting hundreds of dollars on the food alone.

There were a lot of people there that resulted in some waiting for popular machines. There are other machines to play while waiting. There were a lot of kids there and it was noisy. If you are sensitive, that might be an issue. I was able to simply ignore it. The outside space was used as the smoking pad, so I avoided it. There is food available but we didn't get a chance to try it. We will go back. It was good, clean fun that reminded me of a simpler time.

I just love the scroller games like TMNT, X-Men, and The Simpsons. They had Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat AND lots of pinball! We ended up eating here, and split the loaded fries and pizza burger. The burger was a bit bland, so I would recommend maybe a different one. It did come with fries though, so plan accordingly. I really liked the loaded fries, but we had left overs.

This Mother's Day weekend, we finally decided to tour Gari Melchers Home and Studio at Belmont --…read morethe country retreat of American artist Gari Melchers. This has been on my FXBG bucket list for quite some time, and honestly, I have no idea why we waited so long to visit. What an absolute treat it was. For those unfamiliar with him, Gari Melchers was one of the most respected artists of his generation, known for his portraits, murals, and landscapes. Born in Detroit to German immigrants, he studied art in Düsseldorf and Paris before eventually settling at Belmont Estate in Falmouth, Virginia, near Fredericksburg. Even President Theodore Roosevelt sat for one of his portraits during Melchers' prolific career. I won't go too deep into the history lesson here, but I will say that his "country retreat" was absolutely stunning. My husband and I spent a couple of hours wandering through the gardens, touring the home, and exploring Gari's personal studio. It was such a peaceful and immersive experience. I found myself completely absorbed in his story, his artwork, and the beauty of the property itself. Since I was in a dress, we skipped the walking trails this time, but we definitely plan to go back soon in more appropriate attire to explore them. If you enjoy history, art, architecture, or simply beautiful places, I highly recommend adding Belmont to your list of places to visit.

The lady who rang up my purchase provided a large bag to carry my bags & items from other places when I asked if I could buy a bag from her to hold them . I love how well displayed the items were and the various dragon items throughout the store. The clearance items were priced very well. I got large cards and a rabbit Chinese zodiac candle for only $1 each. I saw a labradorite beaded bracelet there for $10 and bought it immediately after noticing its iridescent quality. No photography is allowed inside, so I only have outdoor photos of the store.
