I paid the fee and tipped the workers well. However, today, when trying to reach them for my annual service, I have left several messages since 8:30AM and have not received any return call. No one has picked up the phone or returned my call after 5.5 hours now. I have 2 numbers on my contract and on their business card and have called both numbers numerous times, yet no one returns any of my calls. It appears that they have now moved from my area (hmmm...) but a call to possibly refer another contractor would have been nice. But apparently these people are not. I guess they have abandoned their customers they used to have in Miami. Good luck to y'all on the west side of FL.

I was minding my own business at Home Depot buying something for the house, when The owner/installer approached me and started threatening to kick my ass because of the review I left him. He made a huge science asking me to go outside to fight. I was armed at the time, so didn't give in to his threats. Long story short HD employees called the cops and he took off. Who does that? I held back from this post for years in fear of retaliation because he knew where I lived and was afraid he would burn our house down, however, I've since moved from FLorida, so I wanted to warn others against this Psychopath.
