Update! Kevin contacted me, via text after reading the…read morereview, asking that I take the review down and allow him an opportunity to come back out and look at the vehicle, free of charge. Kevin shared that he was at risk of losing his job and was a lead tech, although listed as the owner. 'Management' also contacted and asked that I take the review down and offered to refund the labor. At this point (2 days later) I had already taken the vehicle to the Toyota dealer, as his 'management' advised the vehicle was complex and initially declined looking at the vehicle without another charge. Toyota Diagnosis: improper fitting and installed spark plugs. Cost: 98$ inspection- which was deducted from repair cost. Repair cost total, including one day vehicle rental, 468.79$. I reached back out to Kevin and 'Management', via text and email, three consecutive days- excluding Sunday, explaining the outcome and requesting a partial refund (spark plugs, diagnosis, and labor). I have not received a response and am now seeking civil action. Receipts attached. Again, the purpose of this review is to bring awareness.

We spoke through the options and created an action plan as to which would be best for us. Zach, the sales rep was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to get me in that same afternoon for a tire change. Everything ran smoothly. We did wait a little bit longer than expected to be taken in for service, but we were also a last-minute appointment so I can't complain. In the meantime, we went to some stores nearby and they called us when our car was ready and we pumped back over, Payge. The value was competitive and they were able to complete all of the service services which we requested, which was new tires put onto our vehicle as well as an alignment.
