I was fortunate to find this great business when the person building my website up and quit right…read morein the middle of it's development. I did a search and came across this business. After speaking to the owner Jeune, I could tell right away this was going to be a good match. When I went in for the initial consultation I was sold! Jeune took me into her office and I explained to her my situation with the current web designer abruptly quitting after only doing one third of the work. Jeune has a very comfortable office with a large conference table and huge flat screen so we could both look at my site and see what work needed to be done and how to complete the site. Her prices are more than reasonable and I agreed to have her finish the started project. They were able to salvage the work already started and finish it off in the way I wanted and they gave me advice on the presentation of my site to give it a more user friendly feel to it. They completed the project in the time agreed upon and the site has been flawless since they put it up. If I ever had any changes, they are so quick to make the requested changes and they respond immediately to all email/phone contact. Although I've been working with them for more than a few years now, I am just now writing this review because I was recently in their office about another website I have, and again, built by another web designer. This website I had built before I discovered Future-Ink but I've been having problems with the person who designed it and I wanted to make some changes... so again, I went to Jeune and not only can she do the changes to the other website (and much cheaper than the person who designed it was going to charge) but she also made suggestions about other upgrades I should do to the site. She is very intuitive about your needs and it's more than just doing what you ask for... she will make suggestions that you haven't even thought of. I am likely going to create another website and this time I will use Future-Ink from the very beginning to build the next site when I'm ready. Everyone at Future-Ink is very friendly and extremely helpful. Amy was someone I was in contact almost constantly during the development of the first website I came to them about and she so pleasant. There is a gentleman who works there and does most of the programming and I apologize for not remembering his name but he too is super nice and great to work with. I did a lot of checking with other sites and found their prices are more than competitive. I found similar sites to the ones I wanted designed and called the companies that designed them. These were first class websites and they also come with exorbitant prices! Yet Future-Ink will do the exact same work for for much less. I don't know how many website I will need in the future but I couldn't imagine taking my business anywhere else. They do FIRST CLASS work and have a very personal approach with their customers.

I had to pay extra every time I wanted something customized, but thought it would be worth it in the end if it produced more business. They also talked me into spending more each month for SEO optimization so that my website could be found more easily on Google searches. I have spent over $10,000 on their site and services and the site is not findable on Google anywhere, no matter what you search. It has produced absolutely no business for me at all over the past two years I have been with them. I tried to cancel by sending them an e-mail and they kept e-mailing me and calling and leaving voicemail messages and saying they needed to talk to me in order to cancel. They also kept trying to charge my card, but thankfully I have blocked them from receiving any more payments. Now they are trying to say I owe them $277 for the month of September, even though I have not gotten any results or service from them for the entirety I signed up for SEO, which is over a year. My next step will be to file a complaint with the BBB against them and possibly even the FTC as this is crazy that they want more money for the zero service they have been providing!
