I had water leak under the tiles as the tiles were NOT sealed correctly. i had to hire another contractor and they showed me the moisture under the tiles and what can grow from allow this to happen. After the new floor was installed i have NOT had a single complaint regarding uneven tiles. If anyone is interested in the contractor who did a EXCELLENT JOB on installing my new floor please contact me. I would NOT recommend JAE unless you want to throw away your money.
