I switched from TD and have been happy with the experience every step of the way. For me, having tellers that are friendly is key to the experience at the bank. That is always the case at this branch. It's hard to get excited about a bank branch, except when you realize how often it can suck with long lineups and incompetent tellers. I've never experienced that at this locations. I like where it is within the mall, makes it easy to park and run in without having to walk through the mall to get to the bank. I typically do most of my banking online or at a bank machine but when I'm at this branch I definitely don't mind coming in to the tellers to get stuff done. You can always count on being greeted quickly and directed to where you need to go.

This staff works their butt off for you... sure there are some duds in the greater TD family but the staff here is smart, savvy about what they can do (and cannot do), they always have a follow up, and they know their customer's time is precious. I've done everything here to purchase, set up, register, take money out, and apply... you name it! Each time was done quickly with the best possible service. Another great thing about this place is the honesty and oh.. the open hours. As for honesty, the finance reps are really open on what they think the corporate side of the house is going to do. They're not going to make a customer have false hopes and I really appreciate that. Most places make you jump through hoops just to get a possibility of a good rate but here, they're upfront of what they think is going to happen ... and it does happen as they explained. This place is also very conveniently located AND has great hours. It's open 7 days a week and with late hours to accomodate my busy work week. It's really ideal. I can't say enough positive things about this place... The reason for 4 star and instead 5 star? Their parking sucks... I'm not sure if it's the other clients that are just really bad drivers but the parking situation is a bit nuts as it's small and often you'll have a 'not so bright' individual parked on 2 spots!! argh! Not their fault but the parking is mind numbing.

I happened in here once because it was close to where I was going. The service started rude and ended that way. When I asked for three coin wrappers (which I have had no problem ever getting at other branches), I was rudely told that they didn't provide "that kind or service" there. Well, I wasn't asking for a massage or a cocktail while I waited, but when I (very politely) questioned the "no coin wrappers" rule, you would've thought I had pulled a gun. Make it easier on the few nice employees who may work here by staying away from this branch.
