And the bank closed without permission. He is 81 years old. He cashed out his RRSP to have some cash on hand for expenses The bank has constantly lied to and manipulated saying one thing doing another thing and doing things that are illegal saying it's bank policy. I have looked up the laws. I'm writing to you because I am hoping that you can help him and shed some light on how evil they are and the people who work there have manipulated things for their benefit.
