I a have been going to H and R block for a few years in Lethbridge west side location and to me I think they need to a bit better with there receptionist at there front desk on the weekends Ehen I came in for my appointment she was chewing gum and not that friendly at all when i went to pay she was asking me about paying but was also answering the phone and paying attention to what she was doing . But was chewing away at here gum I don't she should be doing that while trying to talk and deal with customers. I used to go to H and R block in Medicine Hat for many many years and never got this kind of treatment the front deck staff were more professional then Lethbridge . read more
