Street parking is abundant around the building as the area is note residential. Yes, the apartments are a bit on the smaller side, but the rents are really low for the area and increase only marginally from year to year. But above all, management is excellent! They respond to each maintenance request right away, and fix everything within a day, no questions asked! All told, living at 2000 Conn was an awesome experience that would recommend to everyone!

I deliberated over 10-15 different apartments throughout the city, and came close to renting a studio right on DuPont Circle, and I'm glad I went with the Woodley Park location instead. Utilities are included, they made moving in a snap, the laundry facilities were just updated (and less costly than any other building/ management property had quoted), the gym has new equipment, the unit itself is massive, I can go on and on.. I snagged a random, price-reduced unit and they helped me to coordinate my move within two weeks, and were very accommodating of my schedule. I've barely been at my apartment since, and the whole management staff already knows my name, and is super engaging. My only regret is not signing a 2-year lease with them. I doubt I'll move out come lease end!
