She did full hair foils for highlights and I needed to go again for touch up or part 2 . She did a wonderful job on my blinding and haircut. I have 1 problem , I have tried for 3 weeks to get in touch with anyone there. I left messages with Kellie and Bekah, then I lost Bekah's card and number. I had to call Kellie , just left msgs. First I just wanted to schedule shampoo and blowout. I could not raise my arms that much. I did shampoo my hair , but for several weeks I wanted a blowout, by now my hair and roots have grown out. I do not live close. I hate to go to make an appt. How do you get in touch with anyone?

The owner is truly such an amazing and beautiful person, mother, wife, Christian and community member! She also happens to be extremely extremely talented. She has better training and experience than most other hairstylist. I've tried. I have a funny widows peep and very fine hair which virtually every other hairstylist botch When I get highlights.Kellie never gets it wrong. You should really understand the chemistry of the products to use, and the make up of every individual. She's quick, personable, talented, and makes a mundane experience feel enjoyable. Kaycee (sp?) has also been there a long time, and she is also awesome! They recently expanded by purchasing adjacent suite which now the walk-through barn doors. It's a testament to how well liked they are in the community, and I know they only hire best professionals. Well, I haven't used anything other than their hair services, I should add that they do offer spray tanning, nail services, massage, and facials. Good people, good service, and highly recommended.

From the outside, Trendsetters can be a little deceiving. The large bland colored metal building…read moremakes you think furniture store or auto mechanic. The large ugly Greek statue out front is also weird - someone should accidentally hit it with their car. Inside, they've done a pretty cool job utilizing such an open space - it's broken up into sections where individual stylists have their own waiting/seating areas. The salon has a modern edge and plays an eclectic, yet good blend of music. It's not super fancy but it's also not your local barber shop. I quickly learned that "Joey" was not in fact a woman, not that it mattered, but I do prefer female stylists. I was duped by a friend so that I would try something new. He was friendly, not overly talkative like some hair dressers can be and turned my misshapen hair into something fairly stylish. He did a thorough job at the shampoo station and took his time to cut my hair. The best part was that a wash and cut was only $15. You can't beat that with a bat! They do take credit cards which I prefer over cash. He also took me as a walk in, which I really appreciated. So yes, Joey worked a little magic on my hair and I would probably let him cut it again. Good job dude!

He also gave the best advice for getting my hair back into the best condition before attempting any color rather than just doing several processes and charging a crazy amount. I asked if we could do a second trial (at my expense and I had already paid ~$300 for my first trial) they said no and canceled 10 weeks before my wedding. Wouldn't recommend using them for H&M wedding. As they are apparently very unreliable. Now I'm weeks away and left without anyone to do hair and makeup on my wedding.

I unexpectedly had to find a new stylist to do my extension services (which I understand is a luxury service and normally cost more than other services) I was booked and scheduled over the phone, Then bombarded with emails and text about signing their salon agreement. They were very persistent about signing this form (your appointment will be canceled if you don't sign ahead of time) and it was a bit of a turn off before ever even getting to the salon. When I sat down at the chair, the stylist and I went over the reinstall process, And she began getting to work. At no point before our appointment or during the consultation was pricing ever discussed. I will take partial responsibility for not asking, but like I said, I am used to paying fairly high prices for my service. When we were almost done with my move up, I finally asked about their pricing and was very shocked To hear that they charge $200 per row to move up extensions. I have been wearing extensions for close to four years and never have I paid prices even close to that. I ended up being charged $400 for a service that took less than two hours to complete. I feel like this salon should have been more transparent with their pricing upfront, especially offering luxury services like they do. The service quality was average and most of the appointment was silent and a little awkward. When she was finished with my move up I wasn't even offered to have my hair styled/ curled Which was a little shocking since that is normally included with a service like this (Especially at this price point). I paid for the service and left a tip for the stylist as she did do a decent job and pricing is not determined by her.. Overall, I was highly disappointed in the value and with my experience here and will Not be coming back
