Inside, they've done a pretty cool job utilizing such an open space - it's broken up into sections where individual stylists have their own waiting/seating areas. The salon has a modern edge and plays an eclectic, yet good blend of music. It's not super fancy but it's also not your local barber shop. I quickly learned that "Joey" was not in fact a woman, not that it mattered, but I do prefer female stylists. I was duped by a friend so that I would try something new. He was friendly, not overly talkative like some hair dressers can be and turned my misshapen hair into something fairly stylish. He did a thorough job at the shampoo station and took his time to cut my hair. The best part was that a wash and cut was only $15. You can't beat that with a bat! They do take credit cards which I prefer over cash. He also took me as a walk in, which I really appreciated. So yes, Joey worked a little magic on my hair and I would probably let him cut it again. I asked if we could do a second trial (at my expense and I had already paid ~$300 for my first trial) they said no and canceled 10 weeks before my wedding. Wouldn't recommend using them for H&M wedding. As they are apparently very unreliable. Now I'm weeks away and left without anyone to do hair and makeup on my wedding.
