This is it, Chief. I've been getting a haircut every 7-10 days for the last 20 yrs, so I rate this conversation. As it pertains to this barbershop and the caliber of barber found therein, Roly is the truth. Great barber, personable and a good listener. I conveyed the type of cut I wanted and specified what I didn't He delivered and it is the best haircut I have had all year. I will most definitely be going right back as soon as it is time so he can fade me up again Location, pricing and quality of cut are all Enormous factors that go into a cut. The cut I received for all those factors made this barbershop more than worth its weight in gold. Convenience is also a huge role Not having to wait an hour or two for a chair to free up and I can't tell you what a relief that was. read more

Great service and they've got some skills! Definitely recommend! If you need a detailed cut...this is the spot. Haven't been able to find a solid place to fade me and my boys up for a while now until I went here. I went in to get a cut for all three of us and can tell you we find our go-to spot! read more

Overall great barbershop! Barbers are always giving out the cleanest fades and are very social. There's a reason why they've been in service for 21+ years so go check this barbershop out! read more

I found this place through word of mouth. They take walk-ins and some do by appt but no matter who you get everyone is great. From the owner to my barber...shout out to him. Would recommend this place if you're looking for a great cut and a barbershop where everyone will make you feel like family. Great atmosphere all around! read more

First time I walked in to the place yo get lined up there were a lot of people waiting so I decided to talk to the first barber when you walk in to the place and make an appointment for the next day. I showed up few minutes before my appointment and the barber that was supposed to serve me was busy, long story short , one hour after my appointment he wasn't ready for me yet. WHY MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HONOR THEM?. No apologies neither. So a different barber after over an hour of my appointment took care of me and did a decent job. Today I walked in to the place, waited 10-15 minutes and I was directed to one of the guys in the back to get my usual beard lined up and after a few minutes the guy cuts my skin while using the razor blade. I let it go because anybody cAn make a mistake. Few more minutes go by and now cuts me again for the second time. I started to complaining and the guy instructed me to jus get off his chair. THIS GUYS ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO MANNERS , NO PROFESSIONALISM, DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY AND TIME. UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

best barbershop in the city hands down!!! anyone on the right side will get ya fresh. Appointments preferred but walk-ins are excepted read more

Solid haircuts. The barber Will takes his time to make sure everything looks the way it's supposed too. If you have a beard, expect him to use the razor knife. Most Barbers don't utilize that because it takes too much time. But he is a very detailed individual. I have been coming to him since before he even started working here in his previous barbershop. read more

I won't be back, what a waste of my time. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I actually did get a decent cut here last time. The loud blasting rap music was obnoxious though. Thankfully it was milder R&B this morning. Good luck getting a cut at opening time on a Saturday. The barbers each stroll in one by one, ignore the room full of waiting walk-ins, and then wait for their late appointments to show up. This is the place to go if you enjoy listening to the barbers bs with each other and text on their cell phones rather than quickly and efficiently getting the job done. Over an hour waited for nothing, with zero acknowledgment from anyone. read more

Waited for 2 and 1/2 hours before someone told me it was going to be while before my son and I could be seen. This was only after I brought it to their attention I'd been waiting for over 2 hours. Horrible customer service. Needless to say we left and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I can not stress the importance of good customer service. Without it you will lose many more customers. read more

Dude pushed me waayy back. I waited a few weeks and tried it again (because a friend swore by this place). He started to do the same thing again and I had to stop him. Never went back. And the other barbers are trash too. Messed up a few other dudes I saw in there read more

If you are looking for a really good fade, this is the place to go. All the barbers are really good so you can not go wrong. Make sure you bring cash because they do not take cards. I would recommend trying to make an appointment with the barber because if not you will wait a long time. read more

The barber Mike has horrible customer service skills. Although he is an African American barber, openly expressed to one of his loyal customers that he would chose a non-African American client over him because "your hair is too complicated". What person that provides a service talks to their loyal clients like that and expects you to be cool with that? Horrible personal skills and always leaves evident nick marks on our child's head when cutting. Will never return and suggest you look elsewhere as well. read more

I highly recommend not to go to this place. Every business starts off with customer service, and this place lacks just that. You walk in and you don't feel welcomed right off the bat. The waiting area is small and the place could use a good cleaning. read more

Great shop and big screen TV to keep you entertained while waiting for your haircut. REK is the man at this spot. Clean fade with the sharpest line up. He is a perfectionist at his craft. Highly recommended! read more

The shop saw me right away. They need to update the hours that are posted on their door because I thought they were closed and would have walked away if someone wasn't outside to let me know. I should have walked away though. The fade I got was decent, nothing cosmic, I've definitely had better. I didn't get lined up, no extra straight razor or shaving cream. No hot towel. Nothing special. Low skin fade, trim on top. In and out in about 20 minutes. $25.....seriously.... It was a very normal haircut. Don't waste your money here. You can get a higher quality haircut elsewhere and decide yourself if you want to tip, not pay high cost for a mediocre or normal haircut. read more

Where to begin. My husand is a very patient person. Today we went in and he waited over an hour...and didn't get serviced. He swears that Razor Sharp Cutz is the best place to get your hair cut! Ok, sure they have remodeled to shop, but OBVIOUSLY NOT their customer service. While waiting, there was a barber that was on his phone for the ENTIRE hour. He had the audacity to ask if anyone waiting was waiting on a specific barber. My husband said No. That did nothing, he rudely returned to his cell phone, while the waiting area was full. Today is Friday and they close at 6pm. We arrived at 450 pm,waited until closing time. On the way out the door, we saw that someone had put a name ahead of my husbands. Please don't give this buisness your hard earned money!!! WE WILL NEVER RETURN AND WE WILL SPREAD THE WORD THAT RAZOR SHARP CUTZ HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, EVER!!!!!!!!! ****I HAVE TO SELECT A STAR IN ORDER TO POST THIS REVIEW. THEY DESERVE NO STARS!!!!!! read more

What a disgrace! To start with the customer service is below average at best. I can't even believe someone would run a business this way. As a new customer, I walked in and there were about 4 barbers with empty chairs and literally said nothing to me. I signed in on the signup sheet and again "crickets". I ask was that the correct sheet and now everyone is saying they are done cutting for today...really. Music blasting that with rap songs with curse words Not suitable for underage kids by far and to top it off, one of the barbers is walking around drink Model. Really? Where they do that at??!! Horrible experience!!! read more

My barber Albert never fails to give me a perfect cut and face shave. I've lived in 8 different states and he's been probably the most professional barber I've come across. This place has always been good to me. The atmosphere is great and the other barbers are solid. I would recommend this barbershop to all my friends and family. read more
