I conveyed the type of cut I wanted and specified what I didn't He delivered and it is the best haircut I have had all year. First time I walked in to the place yo get lined up there were a lot of people waiting so I decided to talk to the first barber when you walk in to the place and make an appointment for the next day. I showed up few minutes before my appointment and the barber that was supposed to serve me was busy, long story short , one hour after my appointment he wasn't ready for me yet. WHY MAKE APPOINTMENTS IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HONOR THEM?. No apologies neither. So a different barber after over an hour of my appointment took care of me and did a decent job. Today I walked in to the place, waited 10-15 minutes and I was directed to one of the guys in the back to get my usual beard lined up and after a few minutes the guy cuts my skin while using the razor blade. I let it go because anybody cAn make a mistake. Few more minutes go by and now cuts me again for the second time. I started to complaining and the guy instructed me to jus get off his chair. Solid haircuts. The barber Will takes his time to make sure everything looks the way it's supposed too. If you have a beard, expect him to use the razor knife. Most Barbers don't utilize that because it takes too much time. But he is a very detailed individual. I won't be back, what a waste of my time. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I actually did get a decent cut here last time. The loud blasting rap music was obnoxious though. Thankfully it was milder R&B this morning. Good luck getting a cut at opening time on a Saturday. The barbers each stroll in one by one, ignore the room full of waiting walk-ins, and then wait for their late appointments to show up. The shop saw me right away. They need to update the hours that are posted on their door because I thought they were closed and would have walked away if someone wasn't outside to let me know. I should have walked away though. The fade I got was decent, nothing cosmic, I've definitely had better. I didn't get lined up, no extra straight razor or shaving cream. No hot towel. Nothing special. Low skin fade, trim on top. In and out in about 20 minutes. $25.....seriously.... It was a very normal haircut. Don't waste your money here. You can get a higher quality haircut elsewhere and decide yourself if you want to tip, not pay high cost for a mediocre or normal haircut. read more

The barber Mike has horrible customer service skills. Although he is an African American barber, openly expressed to one of his loyal customers that he would chose a non-African American client over him because "your hair is too complicated". What person that provides a service talks to their loyal clients like that and expects you to be cool with that? Where to begin. My husand is a very patient person. Today we went in and he waited over an hour...and didn't get serviced. He swears that Razor Sharp Cutz is the best place to get your hair cut! Ok, sure they have remodeled to shop, but OBVIOUSLY NOT their customer service. While waiting, there was a barber that was on his phone for the ENTIRE hour. He had the audacity to ask if anyone waiting was waiting on a specific barber. My husband said No. That did nothing, he rudely returned to his cell phone, while the waiting area was full. Today is Friday and they close at 6pm. We arrived at 450 pm,waited until closing time. On the way out the door, we saw that someone had put a name ahead of my husbands. As a new customer, I walked in and there were about 4 barbers with empty chairs and literally said nothing to me. I signed in on the signup sheet and again "crickets". My barber Albert never fails to give me a perfect cut and face shave. I've lived in 8 different states and he's been probably the most professional barber I've come across.
