Even though they were a little busy I got seated right away and Justincredible helped me figure out exactly what I wanted even tho i wasn't sure about how to describe it. tbh I feel like he gave me an 80 dollar haircut for half the price. When i walked in, the atmosphere was fun and the vibe was chill. Everyone else there was extremely friendly, energetic, welcoming, and professional. Several other barbers went out of their way to acknowledge me and say Hi. The banter among the staff made me feel like i was hanging out with my own friends. That being said there is a barber there named Chris who also does really good haircuts but she apparently does not honor wagers amongst her co-workers. Bring that man his bottle you know you lost that bet, quit playin.. lol. but in all seriousness this was a fantastic experience at a reasonable price with stunning results. I highly recommend getting your hair cut here. I for one will definitely be going back. thanks guys. you rock!

Don't we come to higher service places like this to be cut by professionals and not be practice dummies for people still figuring it out? This place needs to vet their new hires. Bianca cut me once and I loved it, that's why I went back. Adriana is the one who fixed me, and I appreciate that, but holy hell. I grew my hair out for over three months just to have most of it shaved off over the course of almost two hours in an attempt to remedy the choppy fade and inconsistent weight throughout the hair that's left.

I finally find the place and I'm only 2-3 minutes late at this point, but the shop isn't even open yet. 15 minutes after my appointment I ended up leaving. Now a few things - it turns out the barber did text me, but let this be something for consideration for all barbers: text spam is a thing and iPhones have a way to filter out texts that come from people you don't know. I didn't get said text until over an hour past the appointment time. At a minimum you should call, not text, for this reason. Secondly, if you're not going to answer your phone at least have a professional voice mail. Personal branding is not just about the pictures you upload to social media sites showing off your work. It's also about how you present yourself in person and over the phone. This was a poor over-the-phone experience and as a first-time experience with this barbershop, a poor in-person experience.
