After the surgery, his assistant put dressings on the wounds so sloppy that I had to return in several days to have my toes anesthesized so he could remove the bandages. He prescribed some meds for me that he shouldn't have, because of conflicts with other meds I take. He wasn't paying attention. One of the toenails grew back as an ingrown toenail, and another one grew back and the fungus returned. My impression was that his business came first, and his patients second. He runs his office like an assembly line.

I tried calling for clarification and the office number went to an automated number. So I ran into another office to get directions and finally found the space 8 min after my scheduled time. The receptionist was less than friendly and asked if I had my paperwork. I don't recall ever receiving any paperwork but could have filled it out quite quickly. She told me to wait and went and spoke to someone for a good five minutes. Returned and very abruptly just said I would have to reschedule. I asked - just because I'm 8 min late? I literally couldn't find the building to start. And she said yes because of that and not having my paperwork, and the DR has a very tight schedule. I just had waited a month and literally 45 min to make this appointment to be dismissed that quickly. No thanks. Will find another office that answers their phone and is more helpful.
