He is very friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, reliable, and professional. He loves what he does, and takes great care and pride in his work. Michael came to my residence and detailed my car inside and out, including the engine, right outside my front door. Just a couple of hours later, my 2011 Lexus ES 350 looked as good as it ever did. After losing my leg, I had to accept that I couldn't keep up with the level of care my car deserved -- and that was a hard thing to let go of. Then I found Steel City Detailing, and specifically, Mike. From the very first appointment, Mike treated my vehicle with the same pride and precision I used to. His attention to detail is unbelievable. Every time he finishes with my 2009 Ford Expedition, I'm genuinely stunned. It doesn't just look clean -- it looks brand‑new, inside and out. Seeing my car shine like that again means more to me than he probably realizes. Mike's work has given me back something I thought I'd lost. His consistency, his care, and his craftsmanship are rare these days. If Yelp had an ultra scale that went to 10 stars, he'd get all 10 without hesitation. Thank you, Mike. You don't just detail cars -- you make people's lives easier.

Had an awful experience with this company. It started with a $50 deposit that the website said…read morewould go towards my total. The detailer Pier showed up 30 minutes late. He then told me they were done, told me the total which did not include the $50, and took off. That's when I noticed a huge paint chip from the pressure washer he used. He never mentioned anything about it. When I finally got ahold of him by phone, he said "oh, it wasn't there before?". I had taken before and after pictures, thank God. He finally offered to pay $30 for a replacement side mirror cover. I then went to ask for my $50 deposit back, just to find out my number is now blocked.

I sent him a text a few days ago and we agreed on a time for him to start. He showed up on time and was very polite. He took his time making sure everything was to my liking. He also cleaned up after his work, and put back the hose (although, he brought his own, I offered to let him use mine), etc. Don't hesitate... he's the real deal.
