Usually the cause, nine times out of10, is our insurance does not have the medicine in their formulary, or maybe another situation with the insurance company. Walgreen's sends us a text that our prescription will be delayed. We know they have it in stock. They check before we leave the prescription! If the insurance is the problem, we ask what is the cost if we pay cash. Sometimes we call our insurance company to find out the problem. Walgreen's sends us a text when our prescription is ready and it is. Barbara P
