I tone my hair every month and really have no idea what I'm doing so I've been doing the same wrong wella toner. This lady didn't even ask me what color I was going for, she looked at me and told me exactly what to get and boy was she right. I never would've guessed the one she told me. Amy did an outstanding job bleaching my very dark, long roots back to blonde again (it had been 4 months of growth)!! I moved from Texas to Florida and she is the first person I've found here who didn't completely fry my hair or turn it purple. She does a full consult and is professional and experienced. She helped me get it healthy again and I'm so grateful to have her. The salon is inviting, clean, private, bright and cheerful- we have great conversation and she plays good music and serves my favorite bubbly waters and snacks too! I love her product line too! It smells amazing, and she actually helps you with selections! I bought some spray to protect my hair from all the sun, salt, styling and pool damage and she also has a line of collagen and supplements that I use and LOVE!! I'm getting so many compliments and feel like MYSELF-again! Would definitely recommend

She is so friendly and caring. Valerie is a very ta'lented stylist. She takes the time to listen to your needs and adds helpful suggestions too. It being her first time working with my hair- I'm impressed. Short hair, asymmetrical cuts aren't the easiest. Valerie has the experience. I look forward to working with her again. While I was there we had some great conversations about many different topics too. Take note she only excepts CASH or CHECKS, need to ask her about zelle. Found her pricing reasonable.
