She asked to put me on hold to speak to the Dr. She was able to get me an emergency appointment for the next day. I was shocked! R by The next day as I was driving there somehow I couldn't locate the building but the front desk guided me in. She was so nice and patient. I didn't have to wait after signing off on my new patient documents before being called back. They took care of my tooth and of course invited me back. This was the best experience I've had since my dentist that I used to see in Bala Cynwyd. Back in 2006.

I judge a dental office by their cleanings, as it's the most important preventative step. My hygienist is not only kind and personable, but thorough. This office uses ultrasonic cleaning and hand tools to really make sure all plaque and calculus is removed. Plus, when I had to get a cleaning from another local place, the quality I got was night and day from here. I really do notice a difference from the time and care she takes. I find this practice to be detail-oriented, and spend the time they need to ensure your needs are met (I've noticed my cleanings go longer to accommodate and get me back to center if I need more work, or Dr. Entralgo spending extra time with me if I come in with a concern) The Doctor doesn't recommend procedures or fillings unless you need it, and even does the "watch and wait" while offering other products I can switch to so I can stay ahead of my dental health trends (whether it's toothpaste or new mouthwash to buy at the store.) As for the office, the staff is extremely kind, caring, and solution-based.
